In the background of the COVID-19 sweeping across the world.The urgent matter is to control the further development and spread of COVID-19.Therefore,it is important to investigate the epidemic prevention and control.This article combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and factor analysis,mainly based on the speed of the government’s response,the e?ectiveness of the measures,the development of the economy and the state of the disease,forms a comprehensive evaluation system for epidemic prevention and control,and evaluates the e?ectiveness of COVID-19’s prevention and control in various countries.In order to establish the evaluation system of epidemic prevention and control,this paper used the analytic hierarchy process to select the influencing factors preliminarily,and intended to construct the analytic hierarchy structure.During this period,for the highly correlated economies,the epidemic situation indicators were extracted by factor analysis.After that,the processed indicators were reintroduced into the AHP structure to form the final evaluation system,and the evaluation in each level and comprehensive evaluation of 20 countries were shown.The evaluation results also were compared and analyzed,and were as follows: as of July 1,2020,Australia,South Korea,Malaysia,China,Latvian and Japan had achieved relatively good prevention and control e?ect,while France,the Netherlands,Belgium,the United Kingdom and Sweden were in the last five.The results show that the evaluation results obtained according to the evaluation system are in conformity with the actual situation,which shows that the evaluation system established in this paper is scientific and reliable.By evaluating the e?ectiveness of COVID-19’s prevention and control in various countries,it is expected that it can be used for reference in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the world,we could control the epidemic and further development of COVID-19 as soon as possible. |
