Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of The Six Meridian Prescriptions Of Primary Headache

ObjectiveThrough the collection of clinical information of primary headache patients,combined with the original article of Typhoid Disease and related party evidence research,in order to first distinguish the six-by-eight outline,follow the method of dialectic evidence,select the corresponding prescription timely side,with a view to exploring the original headache patients’ six-way evidence distribution law,for Chinese medicine to provide reference for the treatment of headache.MethodFor the 206 patients with primary headache who meet the inclusion criteria,collect their general information,headache-related characteristics(headache nature,site,duration,cause,etc.),Chinese medicine symptoms and tongue,and so on,comprehensively identify what kind of six-proven type and specific evidence,enter and use SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis of Chinese medicine certificate and six-way certificate subtype,explore its distribution law and the relationship with gender,age,disease and so on.Results1.This study collected a total of 206 cases of primary headache medical records,through dialectical analysis of a total of 20 kinds of six dialectical subtypes,of which 6 single-documented type,14 co-proven type,of which Shaoyang Yangming disease certificate type is the largest,there are 37 cases,accounting for 18.0%,followed by Shaoyang There were 36 cases of Taiyin disease,accounting for 17.5%,33 cases of Shaoyang disease,accounting for 16.0%,19 cases of Sun Shaoyang disease,accounting for 9.2%,and 16 cases of Shaoyang Yang’s Taiyin disease,accounting for 7.8%,and 13 cases of Taiyin disease,Accounted for 6.3%,there were 12 cases of convulsive disease,accounting for 5.8%,solar taiyin disease has 9 cases,accounting for 4.4%,less than 8 cases,accounting for 3.9%,solar disease and sun yang mesopathy each have 5 cases,respectively,accounting for 2.4%,the rest of the single and mesoconstrual disease or tri-conjues disease certificate less frequent,the percentage of less than 10%.2.Of the 206 cases of primary headache patients,the largest number of unilateral appearances were small Chaihu soup,there were 16 cases,Chaihuga gyrocel oyster soup 9 cases,Chaihu guizhi soup 8 cases,warm soup,gypsum soup,scattered soup 4 cases each.Most of them are treated in a joint,with more co-parties having a small Chaihu Tonga flavor and its co-parties(74 cases,accounting for 35.9%),four reverse dispersal parties(44 cases,accounting for 21.4%),and Gegen Soup Hefang(19 cases,accounting for 9.2%),sourdip Ren Tong Hefang and when the return medicine bulk party(12 cases each,accounting for 5.8%),semi-summer laxative heart soup Hefang and WuJuYu Tong Hefang(9 cases each,accounting for 4.4%),when the four reverse soup healing and semi-summer hopu Soup Hefang(8 cases each),Accounted for 3.9%)respectively,of which,Chai Hu agent(Small Chai Hu Soup,Chai Hu Guizhi Soup,ChaiHuGuizhi dry ginger soup Soup,Dachai Hu Soup,Chahuga gyroculate oyster Tongan flavor and its side)appeared the most,with 121 cases,accounting for 58.7%.3.206 Of the primary headache patients,the majority of headache patients(114 cases)were accompanied by emotional abnormalities(e.g.,irritability,nervousness,depression,etc.),and some patients(29 cases)had headache attacks associated with exacerbation and mood changes.4.According to SPSS software statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the distribution of the six dialectical types in different genders,age groups,and the length of the disease.Conclusion1.Primary headache six-proof type can be seen,with Shaoyang disease and its disease is the most common,the disease of Yangming and Shaoyang syndrome complex accounted for the largest proportion;2.The primary headache party certificate to Chaihu agent and its joint party certificate is the most common,of which the Xiaochaihu soup side certificate and its joint party certificate is the most,followed by the four reverse loose party certificate;3.Some patients have evidence,and the existence or not of the evidence has nothing to do with the length of the course of the disease,suggesting that in the treatment of primary headache should pay attention to the identification and treatment of the epithet;4.Xiaochaihu soup,Sinisan,Gegen soup is the treatment of primary headache commonly used by the side and the basis of the party;5.Later generations,such as Sanpian soup,Xiongzhishigao soup,Xuanqi soup,Tongqiaohuoxue soup,etc.can be incorporated into the six-year-eight-principle dialectic system and applied to the clinical.
