Research On The Ancient Literature Of Yin Ting, The Composition Law Of Prescriptions And Medicine, And The Treatment Law Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly women.Although it is not fatal,it often greatly affects the quality of work and life of patients.The common symptoms include conscious vaginal prolapse or feeling something falling out of the vagina,stress urinary incontinence,constipation and sexual dysfunction.This disease is "Yin Ting" in TCM theory,also known as Yin Jun,Yin Tuo,Qie Zi Ji,etc.In recent years,with the aggravation of social aging and the deepening of women’s attention to self-health,the incidence and treatment rate of pop are on the rise.Western medicine treatment of the disease,the first choice for conservative treatment,including uterine support,pelvic floor muscle exercise,life intervention therapy,invalid surgery.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease for mild and moderate patients with low cost,small damage,safe and reliable.Because the ancient women were laborious and prolific,the ancient literature contains valuable experience in the treatment of this disease,which is worth digging and sorting out.The purpose of this project is to explore the prescriptions and acupuncture therapy for this disease in ancient literature,so as to study the ancient doctors’ academic ideas,prescriptions and moxibustion rules,and to explore the characteristics of ancient Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Objective:To study the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the rule of medication and acupoint selection of ancient physicians in the treatment of Yin Ting,explore the characteristics of drug compatibility,drug combination and acupoint selection of acupuncture,summarize the rule of prescription in legislation and composition,and the experience of acupuncture in acupoint selection and moxibustion,and explore the academic thought characteristics of ancient physicians in the treatment of Yin Ting.Methods:Based on the platform of "Chinese Medical Dictionary",this study collected the ancient physicians’ comments on the disease by keyword search,and collected 124 internal prescriptions,109 external prescriptions and 215 acupuncture data for the treatment of the disease,establish the database,and the drugs and acupoints are statistically summarized by the statistical product and service solutions(SPSS)through frequency analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1."Yin Ting" first appeared in Jin Dynasty,and as early as in Hua Tuo Shen Fang,the disease was discussed in a separate chapter.Ancient doctors had a comprehensive understanding of the causes and accompanying symptoms of the disease,which was basically consistent with modern medical cognition.At the same time,ancient doctors had a detailed discussion on the syndrome and treatment of the disease,and believed that the main syndrome types of the disease included spleen and kidney Qi deficiency,liver Qi stagnation,etc It also points out the treatment principle,treatment prescription and health preservation principle;2 According to the statistical analysis of oral prescriptions,ancient physicians mainly used tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,exterior resolving drugs,diuretic and dampness removing drugs in the treatment of Yin Ting,and the frequently used herbs included Angelica sinensis,licorice,ginseng,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,and Paeonia lactiflora.Their prescriptions were often concise,specialized,careful in pathogenesis,taking care of the specimen,taking care of physiology,and warming and tonifying First.At the same time,four clustering formulas were obtained by cluster analysis:(1)radix rehmanniae,radix rehmanniae,wine,Cortex Moutan,ginger,Radix Bupleuri,Fructus Gardeniae,Poria cocos;(2)Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Chuanxiong;(3)Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae;(4)Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,radix ginseng,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae;(4)Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix;3.According to the statistics and analysis of external prescriptions,ancient physicians mainly used drugs for attacking poison,killing insects,relieving itching,clearing heat,tonifying and astringent.The frequently used drugs included alum,Cnidium monnieri,Galla chinensis,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,borneol and Fructus aurantii Extensive,convenient treatment,pay attention to heat treatment,strengthen the foundation.At the same time,through cluster analysis of drugs,four clustering formulas were obtained:(1)Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Veratrum,borneol,mirabilite,lime;(2)Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Fructus aurantii;(3)alum,gallnut;(4)Cnidium monnieri;4.In the aspect of acupuncture and moxibustion,ancient doctors mostly chose the acupoints of kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin and liver meridian of foot Jueyin when they used acupuncture and moxibustion to treat Yin Ting.They preferred to use specific acupoints and preferred moxibustion.They paid attention to nourishing kidney and soothing liver,regulating Chong Ren and invigorating Yang Qi.The frequently used acupoints included Zhaohai,Ququan,Shangliao,Dadun and Shuiquan.Conclusion:Ancient Chinese doctors had a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence,development and symptoms of Yin Ting disease.Under the guidance of the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the treatment principles and methods of Yin Ting disease were discussed in detail.In terms of internal treatment,when ancient doctors treated Yin Ting,their prescriptions were based on the two pathogenesis of "Zheng Xu"and"Shi Re".They mainly used drugs with the functions of Supplementing Qi and nourishing blood,and at the same time,they also gave consideration to heat clearing and dampness removing.In terms of external treatment,the ancient doctors believed that Yin Ting was damp heat and evil Qi,and thought that Yin Ting was similar to dermatologic surgery.Therefore,the treatment was based on the drugs of attacking and killing insects,antipruritic and clearing away heat.In the aspect of acupuncture and moxibustion,the ancient doctors used nourishing kidney and soothing liver,regulating Chong and Ren as the main ideas in the treatment of Yin Ting.They mostly used Zujueyin liver meridian and Zushaoyin kidney meridian,paid attention to the selection of Wushu and Jiaohui points,and preferred to use moxibustion.
