selected as the Chinese medicine group, and the 28 patients who only received conventional western medicine were matched as the western medicine group with a course of treatment for 2 weeks and followed up for 6 months.Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment the main laboratory index of the routine urine test, leukocyte count the number of red blood cell count of bacteria changes in treatment within 6 months after the end of the recurrence of urinary tract infection, clinical comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome integral, before and after the treatment of five three adjustment of treatment to evaluate the curative effect of recurrent urinary tract infections.Result:1.A total of 56 patients meeting the requirements were included,28 in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 28 in the western medicine group. In the western medicine group, there were 28 females and 0 males, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the 56 included cases, the maximum age was 76 years old,the minimum age was 24 years old.The age of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 47.46± 16.61 and that of the western medicine group was 48.64± 14.934.It can be seen that the patients with recurrent urinary tract infection are mainly middle-aged and elderly women, and they are getting younger and younger.and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Experimental results:①TCM syndromes score:Before treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the TCM group was 77.64±6.58,and that of the western medicine group was 76.93±6.81,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in the TCM group was 31.86±4.65,and that in the western medicine group was 41.21 ±6.43.The score of TCM syndrome in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in the TCM group was lower than that in the western group(P<0.01).Main TCM syndrome scores:the results showed that there was no significant difference in single TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).In the two groups after treatment with frequent urination urgency urine urethral burning the lower abdomen pain belly waist ache syndromes was a single integral were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05)in Chinese traditional medicine group urgency urinary pain decreased urethral burning single syndrome integral is superior to western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the lower abdomen to urinate waist ache fall bilge feeling a single syndrome integral side there was no statistically significant difference with the western medicine group(P>0.05).③Comparison of TCM syndrome effect between two groups:In the TCM group.8 cases were cured,10cases were effective,7 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 89.29%.In the western medicine group,2 cases were cured.8 cases were effective,5 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate of 53.57%.The total effective rate of the TCM group was higher than that of the Western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).④Laboratory indicators:After treatment, the urine bacteria count of the two groups all decreased, and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the Western medicine group(P<0.05).⑤The comparison of the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups:In the TCM group,9 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,6 cases were effective and 3cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 89.29%.In the western medicine group,3cases were cured,9 cases were effective,5 cases were effective and 11cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate of 60.71%.The total effective rate of the TCM group was higher than that of the Western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).⑥Recurrence:the recurrence rate of the TCM group was 17.86%,and that of the western medicine group was 39.29%.The TCM group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recurrent urinary tract infection is mainly caused by middle-aged and elderly women, and the incidence rate of female is significantly higher than that of male.wulingsan plus or minus prescription can improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy, significantly improve the symptoms of recurrent urinary tract infection such as frequency of urination, fatigue, pain in the waist and knee, can significantly reduce the number of urine bacteria and other laboratory indicators, reduce the recurrence rate.my tutor, has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nephropathy for many years with rich experience. She used wuling powder plus and minus prescription combined with western
