Study On The Fat-soluble Chemical Constituents Of A. Chinensis

Angelica decursivum(Miq.)Maxim.,belongs to Umbelliferae(Angelica)plants.It i s highly adaptable and likes a mild climate.It often grows under sunny hillsides.Jiang xi,Anhui and Zhejiang are its main production areas.Angelica plants mainly contain coumarin compounds,organic acids and volatile oils.Peucedani Decursivi Radix has good pharmacological activity in the treatment of tumors,cardiovascular diseases and d--iabetes.In Chinese medicine,it is used to treat cardiovascular diseases,cough and ex--cessive sputum.The chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine are complex and there ar-e many kinds,so its mechanism of action has the characteristics of multiple targets.In this thesis,the liposoluble chemical components of Peucedani Decursivi Radix were sep arated and purified in order to clarify its chemical basis.In this experiment,10kg of the crude powder of Peucedani Decursivi Radix was extracted with ethanol,and extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to obtain a total of 90.66 g of petroleum ether layer and 71 g of ethyl acetate layer.The obtained crude extracts were separated and purified by forward silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,and TLC,and a total of 24 monomer compounds wereo btained.The purified monomer compound is used to identify its chemical structure usin g mass spectrometer and NMR.Monomer compounds separated from petroleum ether la yer as follows:cou-marin(1),7-methoxy-5-prenyloxy-coumarin,?(2),isoimperatorin(3),x anthyletin(4),Selinidin(5),Nuttallin(6),spathulenol(7),(1?,4?,8a?)-1-Isopropanol-4a-meth yl-8-methylenedecahydronaphthalene(8),farnesol(9),2-methoxy cinnamaldehyde(10),trans cinnamaldehyde(11),methyl cinnamate(12),di-n-pentyl phthalate(13),dibutyl phthalate(14),tanshinone ?-A(15),vanillin(16),Protocatechualdehyde(17),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(18),methylparaben(19).Monomer compounds separated from the ethyl acetate layer as f ollows:Peucedanolangelate(20),Demethylsuberosin(21),3R,8S-falcarindiol(22),?-sitostero 1(23),?-sitosterone(24).Conclusion:(1)24 monomer compounds were successfully isolat-ed from Peucedani Decursivi Radix;(2)8 compounds were isolated from Peucedani D ecursivi Radix for the first time.They are:7-methoxy-5-prenyloxy-coumarin,?(2),spath ulenol(7),(1?,4??,8a?)-1-Isopropanol-4a-methyl-8-methylenedecahy--dronaphthalene(8),far nesol(9),2-methoxy cinnamaldehyde(10),dibutyl phthalat(14),tanshinoneII-A(15),Demeth ylsuberosin(21).
