PurposeIn terms of theory,through the relevant literature review,to understand the current research progress of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of upper airway cough syndrome;in the clinical aspect,through observation on the treatment of phlegm-drinking pulmonary upper airway cough syndrome in children with Jiawei Wenfei Huayu Granules To verify the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Wenfei Huayu Granules in the treatment of this disease;and by testing the blood routine,interleukin-6 and immune function of children before and after treatment,observe the effect of Jiawei Wenfei Huayu Granules on the detection The influence of indicators,preliminary exploration of its possible mechanism,expands the treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of upper airway cough syndrome in children,and further clarifies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of upper airway cough in children.MethodIn this study,children with cold drink pulmonary upper airway cough syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,there were 27 cases in the treatment group and 22 cases in the control group,totaling 49 cases.The clinical data of 49 cases were collected..The treatment group was given Jiawei Wenfeihuayu Granules orally,and the control group was given budesonide suspension nebulized inhalation treatment,Patients with nasal symptoms in the two groups were treated with nasal irrigation.Before treatment,1 week of treatment,and 2 weeks after treatment,the syndrome score statistics nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing were improved(p<0.05).At the 3rd week of treatment,the treatment group improved the scores of cough degree,cough frequency,nasal congestion,runny
