| Objective:The purpose of this project is to observe and compare the Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid coating and Kangfuxin Liquid respectively after one-time radical operation or anal fistula resection in patients with low perianal abscess and anal fistula.The data collected were statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy of various indicators of wound healing between the two,The final results were obtained to provide relevant clinical data for the use of the Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid coating,in order to provide reference and help for postoperative wound medication and treatment.Methods:From September 2020 to March 2021,60 patients with low perianal abscess or low anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with one-time radical operation or anal fistula resection after admission.After the operation,they got up in the morning to fumigate once a day.The experimental group was given the Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid coating fumigation and then conventional dressing change.The control group was given Kangfuxin solution fumigation and then conventional dressing change.There was no difference in other conventional treatment and dressing change process between the two groups.The wound recovery on the 1st,3rd,7th,14th,21st and 28th day after operation was recorded,including the change of wound area,healing time,wound edema,secretion,necrotic tissue shedding time,granulation tissue growth,degree of pain,healing time and overall efficacy.All data were statistically analyzed and calculated by spss25.0 software.Results:1.There was no shedding or discontinuation in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable;2.Total efficacy comparison results:on the 28th day after operation,in the experimental group,28 cases were cured(93.33%),2 cases were markedly effective(6.67%),0 cases were effective and invalid,the effective rate was 100%,and the cure rate was 93.33%.In the control group,24 cases were cured(80.00%),2 cases were markedly effective(6.67%),4 cases were effective(13.33%),and 0 case was invalid,the effective rate was 100%,and the cure rate was80.00%,P>0.05,there was no significant difference;3.Comparison of wound area changes:the first dressing change after operation,P>0.05,the two groups were comparable.On the 3rd day,7th day,14th day,21st day and 28th day after operation,the average wound area of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;4.Comparison of wound secretion:on the first day after operation,there was no difference in wound secretion score between the two groups(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable;On the 3rd day,7th day,14th day,21st day and 28th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.The time of shedding necrotic tissue was compared:the average of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;6.The growth of granulation on the wound surface was observed:on the 3rd day after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The granulation growth scores on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;On the 28th day,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.7.The contrast results of wound edema were as follows:after 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days,the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;On the 28th day after operation,the mean value of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;8.The comparison results of wound pain degree were as follows:on the first day after operation,there was no significant difference in wound pain score between the two groups(P>0.05),they were comparable;On the 3rd day,7th day,14th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);On the 21st and 28th day after operation,the scores were calculated,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).9.The time of wound healing was compared:in the experimental group,the shortest healing time was 18 days,and 28 cases healed at 28 days;The shortest healing time of the control group was 21 days,and 24 cases healed at 28 days.The mean value of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;10.There were no adverse reactions in all cases.Conclusion:this study found that compound Phellodendron amurense liquid coating can effectively shorten the wound healing time,accelerate the shedding of necrotic tissue,promote the growth of granulation tissue,significantly improve the wound edema,relieve postoperative wound pain and other conditions,and it is safe to use after operation.Conclusion:fumigation and washing with compound Huangbai liquid is more effective than Kangfuxin Liquid in the wound recovery of patients with low perianal abscess and low anal fistula. |
