As one of the important endocrine organs,thyroid hormone secreted by thyroid gland plays an important role in metabolism,growth and development,tissue differentiation and functions of various systems and organs.The incidence rate of thyroid diseases is as high as 50%.Infrared thermal imaging technology is a new medical detection technology.It has the advantages of non-destructive,fast and non-contact.In foreign countries,infrared thermal imaging technology is widely used in the detection of human diseases,such as breast cancer and other cancerous tissues.In this paper,infrared thermal imaging technology and image processing are combined to analyze the relationship between thyroid disease and temperature.Read a lot of literature to understand thyroid diseases;Then,according to the principle of single variable in the experiment,the screening standard of the experimental personnel and the matters needing attention in the process of image acquisition were formulated.According to the personnel selection process and personnel screening standard,11 people were selected as the control group,and 111 patients with common thyroid diseases were selected as the experimental group.106 cases of thyroid diseases were detected by infrared thermal imager testo890 as the observation group,5 cases were excluded according to the principle of personnel exclusion.In the observation group,there were 28 cases of hyperthyroidism,18 cases of hypothyroidism and 60 cases of thyroid nodules.The detection rate of infrared thermography for thyroid diseases was 95.49%(106 / 111);Then the infrared images were classified,analyzed and summarized to make the front neck full of the whole observation area and improve the image quality.The infrared images were processed by image cutting and image restoration method to enhance the image.The average temperature of the front neck,the average temperature of the left thyroid position,the average temperature of the left thyroid,the average temperature of the left thyroid,the average temperature of the left thyroid and the average temperature of the left thyroid were observed and analyzed in IRsoft software According to the temperature histogram of the average temperature of the right thyroid position,draw the temperature change trend of patients with thyroid disease and normal people,calculate the temperature change amplitude of the front neck of patients with thyroid disease,and summarize and analyze the infrared image features and temperature features;Finally,the statistical analysis software spss23.0 was used for one-way ANOVA of temperature.Conclusion:(1)the temperature distribution on the left and right sides of patients with thyroid diseases is uneven and asymmetric,and the occurrence of diseases will lead to the change of body temperature symmetry;(2)Using infrared thermography detection technology to screen early thyroid diseases has good effect and high feasibility;(3)Infrared thermal imaging technology has a certain guiding significance for early detection of thyroid diseases.In the future research,we will focus on the establishment of thyroid disease database.In the future,we can collect a large number of infrared images to analyze the characteristics of thyroid diseases and establish a database to facilitate the detection of more thyroid diseases;The evaluation system of thyroid disease curative effect is not perfect,which can be used as the research goal in the future.
