To Observe The Clinical Efficacy And Safety Of Guanxin Shutong Capsule In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease And Heart Failure

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guanxin Shutong Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure and blood stasis syndrome.Material and method:The study cases collected in this trial were patients who were admitted to the 37 clinics of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to November 2020.A total of 66 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were enrolled and divided into a control group and a test group using a random number table.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the test group was treated with Guanxin Shutong Capsules in addition to the basic treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was12 weeks.To observe the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score before and after treatment.And safety indicators.Results:1.In terms of general information,before treatment,the age of the two groups of subjects was tested by t test(P=0.100),sex was tested by χ~2 test(P=0.157),the course of disease was tested by t test(P=0.061),and underlying diseases were tested by χ~2 test.(P=1.000),the difference was not statistically significant;2.For the comparison of LVEF,the two groups of subjects used t test before treatment(P=0.576),and the difference was not statistically significant.The same group of subjects used t test before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The two groups of subjects were treated with t test(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;3.Comparison of the efficacy of cardiac function classification,the two groups of subjects were tested by χ~2 test(P=0.070)before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.The total effective number of the experimental group was 30,and the total effective rate was 96.77%.The total effective number of the control group was 23.The total effective rate is 74.19%,the test group is higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;4.Comparison of 6-minute walking distance,the two groups of subjects used t-test before treatment(P=0.196),the difference was not statistically significant,the same group of subjects were used t-test before and after treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant Scientific significance,the two groups of subjects were treated with t test(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;5.Comparison of NT-pro BNP,the two groups of subjects used t test before treatment(P=0.709),the difference was not statistically significant,the same group of subjects were used t test before and after treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant Significance,the two groups of subjects were treated with t test(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;6.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the two groups of subjects used t test before treatment(P=0.721),the difference was not statistically significant.The total effective number of the experimental group was 29,with a total effective rate of 93.54%,and the total effective number of the control group was 27.The total effective rate is 87.09%,the test group is higher than the control group,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant;7.The Minnesota heart failure quality of life scores were compared.The two groups were tested by t-test before treatment(P=0.253),and the difference was not statistically significant.The same group of subjects were tested by t-test before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was significant The statistical significance of the two groups of subjects after treatment using t test(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant;8.In safety comparison,blood routine,urine routine,liver function(AST,ALT),renal function(Scr,BUN)of the test group and the control group were all within the normal range before and after treatment,and the electrocardiogram had no abnormal changes.Conclusion:1.Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure and blood stasis syndrome;2.Guanxin Shutong Capsules combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of patients in traditional Chinese medicine,improve cardiac systolic function,control heart failure,relieve symptoms of heart failure,increase exercise endurance,and improve quality of life;3.Guanxin Shutong Capsules are safe and have no adverse reactions.
