Purpose:Based on the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),this paper uses data mining technology to analyze Professor Ma Xiaoyan’s medication experience and prescription rules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:Objective to collect the medical records of chronic glomerulonephritis patients who visited Ma Xiaoyan’s specialist clinic of Liaoning Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to November 2020,and input the relevant data into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5),to analyze the medication rules of Professor Ma in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Results:A total of 104 patients met the criteria in this study,and 321 prescriptions were screened out.After the relevant data was entered into the platform,the specific results were as follows:1.Among the 104 patients in this study,56 were male patients,accounting for 54%;There were 48 female patients,accounting for 46%.The number of patients in the 40-49 age group was the largest,accounting for 29.8%.2.A total of 114 traditional Chinese medicines were included in this study,among which 36medicines were used more than 50 times.The top 10 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines are Prunella vulgaris,Astragalus mongholicus,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Cornus officinalis,Pyrrosia lingua,cortex mori radicis,Plantago asiatica,Woodwardia japonica,Dioscorea nipponica,radix dipsaci.3.The 114 traditional Chinese medicines involved 180 effects,among which the most frequent use was to nourish the liver and kidney,with the frequency of 6.32%.It was divided into 17categories of drugs,and the most common drugs were deficiency tonic herbs,heat-clearing herbs and wind-dampness dispelling herbs,with the frequency of 30.57%,14.39% and12.80%respectively.4.In the statistics of four Qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,cold herbs were used most of the four qi,2810 times in total,followed by flat herbs and warm herbs;The total frequency of five flavors was 12,107 times,among which the sweetest was used the most frequently(4,487times),and the least was sour(483 times).According to the statistics,liver and kidney are the main two meridians.5.Based on association rules,Professor Ma Xiaoyan’s commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of CGN proteinuria total 500 groups,including 21 traditional Chinese medicines,among which 133 groups of drug combinations with frequency greater than 250 times were used.6.Based on entropy cluster analysis of complex system,10 core combinations and 5 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Ma Xiaoyan treated CGN proteinuria with cold herbs,flat herbs,sweet herbs,herbs to fill deficiency,heat-clearing herbs and into the liver,kidney herbs.Prunella vulgaris,Astragalus mongholicus,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Cornus officinalis,Pyrrosia lingua,cortex mori radicis and so on are Professor Ma’s commonly used drugs.2.Professor Ma’s common medication for the treatment of the disease is Prunella vulgaris-Astragalus mongholicus,Prunella vulgaris-Uncaria rhynchophylla,Astragalus mongholicus-Uncaria rhynchophylla,Cornus officinalis-Prunella vulgaris,Cornus officinali-Astragalus mongholicus.3.Professor Ma advocates that proteinuria of chronic nephritis always belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in excess,and the key to the lingering and refractory disease is the mixture of deficiency and excess.The principle of treating the disease is to give consideration to both deficiency and excess,treat both the symptoms and the root causes,and the main method is to replenish qi and nourish yin,clear away heat and dampness,and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis. |
