Analysis Of Professor Yu Junsheng’s Experience In Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the clinical cases of Professor Yu Junsheng’s treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis(CGN),and analyzing the relationship between his prescriptions and medications based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),the author has summarized the prescription regularity of Professor Yu’s diagnosis and treatment of the disease to extract new prescriptions,thus digging out the tacit knowledge and experience for clinicians,so as to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of CGN.method:Through weekly outpatient learning with the teacher,the author collected the outpatient medical cases of CGN,selecting a total of 158 prescriptions and 200 herbs medical cases according to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria.The selected clinical cases’ information would be entered into the TCMISS software V2.5 after standardizing the terminology.Based on frequency analysis,association rule analysis,entropy clustering method,improved mutual information measure and other algorithms in the software,the author obtained high-frequency drugs and the combinations in prescriptions,summarizing the association rules of drugs to generate new prescriptions.Using the "Network Display" function to visualize the results.Results:1.Counting the statistics on the frequency of drugs prescribed by Professor Yu Junsheng for the treatment of CGN,the top 10 in descending order are: Asiatic cornelian cherry fruit,Unprocessed rehmannia,Yam,Pyrrosia,Atractylodes,Ophiopogon,Astragalus,Poria cocos,Angelica and Moutan cortex.The functions mainly include strengthening the spleen,invigorating the kidney,nourishing yin,replenishing qi,clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation,inducing diuresis,turbidity drainage and many other aspects.2.The professor’s high-frequency drugs’ combinations for the treatment of CGN were studied based on the association rule algorithm.The "Unprocessed rehmannia-Yam-Asiatic cornelian cherry fruit" is the core combination and highly related to Pyrrosia,Atractylodes,Moutan cortex,Astragalus,Ophiopogon,etc.Based on the improved mutual trust system method,the correlation among drugs was analyzed and the results were arranged in descending order to generate a network display diagram of drug association rules.20 groups of high-frequency pairs of drugs were obtained by the same algorithm.3.Based on the improved mutual trust system method and combined with the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,the author obtained 8groups of core drug combinations such as " Honeysuckle-Adenophora tetraphylla-Perilla leaf","White entil-Rhizoma Cyperi-Alpinia officinarum".Combined with unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,4new prescriptions for the treatment of CGN were generated and displayed in graphs.Conclusion:1.The combination of deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity is the basic pathogenesis of CGN.Professor Yu Junsheng thinks that the pathogenesis is based on kidney deficiency and marked by damp heat.Treatment with tonifying kidney,clearing heat and removing dampness,the prescription is based on the modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.The treatment concentrated on clearing and mending simultaneously in order to cure both specimens and symptoms.2.Toxin evil is an important pathological factor that affects the occurrence and development of CGN.Professor Yu Junsheng treated CGN from the perspective of toxic pathogens.Most of the exogenous toxin belong to the nature of Yang heat,which generally first invades the throat and lung-defensive qi,and then passes down to the kidneys along the Shaoyin channel.Clearing lung,relieve sore throat and detoxicating were used to treat the disease.Endogenous toxin is often caused by accumulation of pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis,dampness and turbidity.The main treatment is to reconcile the middle-jiao,expel turbidity and detoxify.3.The occurrence and development of CGN is often accompanied by kidney collateral stasis,Shaoyang axis disadvantageous performance.Professor Yu Junsheng’s treatment of this disease runs through the "harmony" method.In view of kidney collateral stasis,Danggui Shaoyao Powder was used to achieve the effect of harmonizing collaterals and removing turbidity.In view of the disadvantage of Shaoyang,we mainly use Xiaochaihu Decoction to reconcile Shaoyang and smooth the cardinal.
