Purpose:Through a survey of the status quo of the belief in a just world and job well-being of nurses in four general hospitals in Liaoning Province, the level of their belief in a just world and the level of job well-being was assessed, and different demographic variables were investigated and analyzed on the beliefs and belief in a just world of the nurses in the four general hospitals in Liaoning Province, and analyzing the correlation between nurses’ beliefs in the fair world and job well-being,thereby improving nurses’ job well-being,Increase nurse employment rate and retention rate, increase nurses’ human resource reserves, and provide reference for improving the quality of nursing services.Method:This study is a descriptive study, using the convenience sampling method, from May 2020 to September 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in four general hospitals in Liaoning Province.Use the researcher’s self-made general information questionnaire, job happiness questionnaire, adult belief in a just questionnaire to evaluate the general information of nurses, the status quo of job well-being and the status quo of belief in a just world, and import the collected data into Excel to create a database and use it SPSS23.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Use frequency, percentage, mean ± standard deviation for descriptive statistical analysis;use t-test,one-way analysis of variance to analyze the factors that affect the belief in a just world and work well-being in general data;use multiple linear regression to analyze the factors that affect job well-being influencing factors;Pearson’s correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation between beliefs in a just world and job well-being.Result:A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed in this study. After inspection,12 invalid questionnaires were eliminated. There were 338 valid questionnaires. The recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 96.57%.The results of the study are as follows:1.The total score of nurses’ beliefs in a just world is(55.790±10.557),of which the present average score of self is(15.281±4.403);the average future score of self(10.962±3.539);the average current score of others(18.172 ± 5.479);the average score of others in the future(11.376 ± 3.639).The influencing factors were age, marital status, length of employment, academic qualifications, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, job title, monthly income, and the number of night shifts per month(p<0.05).2.The total score of nurses’ job well-being is(120.237 ± 23.162),the average score of work value(24.976 ± 7.182);the average score of welfare benefits(15.388 ± 4.847);the average score of development prospects(15.867±4.990);the average score of environmental control(16.269±4.935);self-acceptance average score is(16.133 ± 4.800);interpersonal relationship average score(16.133 ±4.800);autonomy average score(15.766±4.710).Age,marital status, length of employment, educational background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, establishment, job title, monthly income, and number of night shifts each month are the influencing factors of job well-being.3.The results of a single-factor analysis of variance of nurses’ beliefs in a just world show that different ages, marital status, years of employment, educational background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, job title, monthly income, and number of night shifts per-month have statistical differences in the scores of the beliefs in the just world.Academic significance(p<0.05).4.The results of a single-factor analysis of variance for nurses’ job well-being show that different ages, years of employment, educational background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, whether or not they are staffed, job title, monthly income, and the number of night shifts per-month have differences in the scores of job well-being.Academic significance(p<0.05).5.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that age, marital status, years of employment, educational background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, whether or not they are staffed, job title, monthly income, number of night shifts per-month,self present, self future, other people’s present. The impact of others on nurses’ job well-being in the future is statistically significant,explaining74.8%of the variance in nurses’ job well-being.On the basis of keeping other factors unchanged, the older the age,the longer the employment period, the higher the educational background, the stronger the willingness to learn nursing, the stronger the willingness to choose a career, the establishment, the higher the title, the higher the monthly income, the number of night shifts per month less, the higher the score in the current dimension of self, the higher the score in the future dimension of self, the higher the score of others in the current dimension, and the higher the score of others in the future dimension of nurses, the higher their job well-being.6.The results of Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a positive correlation between the belief in a just world and its dimensions, and work happiness and its dimensions.Conclusion:1.The nurses’ belief in a just world has relatively high scores on the self-present and others’ present dimensions, and the self-future and others’ future dimensions have relatively low scores.Nurses’ satisfaction with the current situation is higher than nurses’ expectations for future events.2.In general data, the influencing factors of the belief in a just world are age, marital status, years of employment, educational background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, job title, monthly income, and the number of night shifts each month.3.In the job well-being,the score of the work value dimension is the highest, and the welfare dimension is the lowest.Nursing managers should pay attention to whether the nurses’ benefits are directly proportional to the workload and reduce the probability of unfair distribution of benefits.4.In general data, the influencing factors of job well-being are age, marital status, years of employment, education background, willingness to learn nursing profession, willingness to choose a career, whether to prepare, job title, monthly income, and the number of night shifts each month.5.The belief in a just world is positively correlated with work happiness, that is,the higher the level of belief in the just world, the higher the level of happiness at work. The four dimensions of self-present,self-future,the present of others, and the future of others in the belief of a just world and the seven dimensions of work value, welfare benefits, development prospects, environmental control,self-acceptance,interpersonal relationships, and autonomy in job-well-being are also all there is a correlation.
