| Purpose:Explore the distribution of TCM syndromes and related influence factors of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients, and provide support for clinical treatment of non-obese PCOS patients based on the theoretical level of TCM.Method:In this article,120 patients who were diagnosed with non-obese PCOS and were diagnosed with non-obese PCOS who were diagnosed with non-obese PCOS during the period from March 2019 to March 2020 were used as the research objects, with the help of questionnaire survey.Collect the general data of patients and the four-diagnosis data of traditional Chinese medicine, specifically related to living habits, clinical characteristics, menstrual status, leucorrhea status, mental and mental status,LH/FSH ratio and other indicators, use SPSS software to summarize the data, and use the rank sum Test,t-test,chi-square analysis, cluster analysis and other methods to carry out statistical analysis of data, summarize the distribution of TCM syndromes in non-obese PCOS patients and the correlation between research indicators and their correlations,so as to screen out the main factors affecting the distribution of TCM syndromes.Result:In this survey,a total of 136 questionnaires were sent out,128 were retrieved, and 120 valid questionnaires,of which 8 were considered invalid and excluded due to incomplete patient data.1.Incorporating 120 patients, through cluster analysis,it is found that when clustering into 6 categories, the information distribution of the four diagnostics of TCM is the most reasonable. The specific syndrome types are finally summarized as: kidney deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm syndrome, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency and stomach heat Syndrome, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome, kidney yang deficiency syndrome.2.The TCM symptoms and proportions of these patients are as follows: 42 cases of kidney deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm syndrome, accounting for 35%;27 cases of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome, accounting for 22.5%;and 30 cases of Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome, accounting for 35% 25%;15cases of spleen and kidney deficiency, accounting for 12.5%;5 cases of spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness syndrome, accounting for 4.2%;1 case of kidney-yang deficiency, accounting for 0.8%.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes in non-obese PCOS patients is not statistically correlated with the patient’s age, education, work style, place of residence, stress status, living habits, dysmenorrhea, pregnancy and childbirth history,etc.(P>0.05).4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in non-obese PCOS patients is statistically correlated with the marital status, mood, menstrual volume,hirsutism,LH/FSH ratio and other factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.According to cluster analysis, there are 6 clinically non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome syndromes, namely: kidney deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm syndrome, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome, spleen and kidney deficiency Syndrome, spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.2.The TCM syndromes of patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome are mostly compound syndromes, among which the syndrome of kidney deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm is the most common.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is correlated with marital status.4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is related to mood.5.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is correlated with menstrual volume.6.The distribution of various TCM syndrome types in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is related to the clinical symptoms of hyperandrogenism such as hirsutism.7.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is correlated with the LH/FSH ratio.8.The distribution of TCM syndrome types in non-obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has no correlation with age, education, occupation, residence, living habits, history of dysmenorrhea, leucorrhea, and history of pregnancy and childbirth.9.Strengthen the preaching of women’s health knowledge based on the influencing factors screened in this study, and improve the awareness of disease prevention among non-obese PCOS high-risk groups, and on this basis, active treatment of confirmed non-obese PCOS patients can be effective Improve the prognosis of non-obese PCOS patients. |
