Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung-qi Deficiency Type With Buqi Zhuyang Decoction Combined With Acupoint Sticking

Objective: By observing the comparison of different treatment methods before and after the treatment of lung spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis nasal symptoms in patients with clinical manifestations and changes,to explore use of comprehensive therapy for pulmonary spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis the clinical curative effect,and through the nasal resistance test results and visual analog scale(VAS)score understand nasal symptoms change situation and quality of life of patients.The purpose of this study is to initially explore the best treatment of allergic rhinitis and to provide new ideas for the future treatment of allergic rhinitis.Material and method:From September 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with allergic rhinitis with lung and spleen deficiency in the department of otolaryngology,affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The comprehensive therapy group was the treatment group,which was treated with Modified Buqi Zhuyang Decoction,acupoint application and oral clarityne,and the control group was treated with clarityne orally(approval number: national medicine approval word H10970410.Manufacturer: Shanghai schering-plough pharmaceutical co,LTD).14 days for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs of runny nose,stuffy nose,itchy nose and other symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed,and eosinophil test of nasal secretion and visual analog scale(VAS)score were carried out.SPSS software was used for statistical comparison and analysis of the results before and after treatment,P < 0.05 for data analysis,and to evaluate whether there were adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the combined treatment group and the control group receiving oral clarityne(P <0.05),with the effective rate of 90% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process.Conclusion:1.Comprehensive therapy is effective in alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis.2.No adverse reactions were found in the clinical treatment of combined therapy for patients with allergic rhinitis.3.Comprehensive therapy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency has a good clinical promotion value.
