ObjectiveIn this study,through the application of event-related potential(ERP)technology detected the average amplitude of late positive component potential(LPP)under emotional sound stimulation at two time points before and after eight weeks of training,and took the difference of average amplitude of LPP potential between the control group and intervention group as the object of observation,in order to explore the regulating effect of three-circle post of qigong combined with cis-abdominal breathing training on emotional response,so as to further study the "adjustment of mind effect" of three-circle post of qigong exercise and enrich the research content in the field of Qigong "adjustment of breathing".To improve the mechanism and application of Qigong to provide scientific experimental basis.MethodsIn this study,48 employees recruited from Hebei Xinao Group Xinyi Health Technology Co.,Ltd.were divided into control group(group A)and intervention group(group B)according to the proportion of 1:1.Group B received 8 weeks of three-circle post of qigong combined with abdominal breathing training,and group A received 8 weeks of adjustment of body operation in three-circle post of qigong.The ERP data of two groups of subjects were measured and recorded under positive,neutral and negative emotional sound stimulation at two time points before and after training.Taking LPP as the effect index,the generated data are divided into 12 brain regions according to electrode points<FP1,FP2>,<F3,F4,Fz>,<FC3,FC4,FCz>,<FT7,FT8>,<TP7,TP8>,<C3,C4,Cz>,<CP3,CP4,CPz>,<P3,P4,Pz>,<F7,F8>,<T7,T8>,<P7,P8>,<O1,O2,Oz>,they are frontal pole area,frontal area,central frontal junction,fronto-temporal junction,temporo-parietal junction,central area,central parietal junction,parietal area,anterior temporal area,middle temporal area,posterior temporal area,occipital area.The average amplitudes of LPP potentials in these 12 brain regions were compared and analyzed in the time order of early time window(600 ms),middle time window(900 ms)and late time window(1200 ms).The purpose of this methods is to demonstrate the effect of three-circle post of qigong combined with cis-abdominal breathing training on emotional response.Results1 Comparison results of LPP mean amplitude before training:The test results before training showed that there was no significant difference in the average amplitude of early,middle and late time window of LPP between group A and group B under positive,middle and negative stimulation(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline levels of the two groups were the same.2 Comparison of results in the early time window(300-600 ms)of the mean amplitude of LPP after intervention training:Under the condition of positive stimulation,the average amplitude of LPP in posterior temporal area,parietal area and occipital area in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).Under the condition of neutral stimulation,the average amplitude of LPP in posterior temporal area,parietal area and occipital area in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).Under the condition of negative stimulation,the average amplitude of LPP in temporo-parietal junction,posterior temporal area and parietal area in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).3 Comparison of the results of intermediate time window(600-900 ms)of mean amplitude of LPP after intervention training:Under the condition of positive stimulation,the average amplitudes of LPP in central parietal junction,parietal area and occipital area in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).Under the condition of neutral stimulation,the average amplitudes of LPP in frontal area,central frontal junction,central area,central parietal junction and posterior temporal area in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in different brain regions under the condition of negative stimulation(P>0.05).4 Comparison of results of mean amplitude late time window(900-1200 ms)of LPP after intervention training:Under the condition of positive stimulation,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of different brain regions(P>0.05).Under the condition of neutral stimulation,the average amplitude of LPP in central frontal junction and central parietal junction in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other brain regions(P>0.05).There was no significant difference among brain regions under the condition of negative stimulation(P>0.05).Conclusion1 The increase of power in the right hindbrain region of the emotional ERP response with LPP as the observed index suggests that there is a brain lateralization effect of emotional response.2 Three-circle post of qigong combined with cis-abdominal breathing training can reduce the emotional response of brain regions under positive,neutral and negative stimuli in the intervention group,and its regulating effect may be related to the intensity of emotional stimulus rather than the type of emotional stimulus.3 After the three-circle post of qigong combined with cis-abdominal breathing training the different brain regions were transferred from the temporo-parietal area,posterior temporal area,parietal area,occipital area to the frontal,central frontal,central and central parietal area,which may indicate that their regulatory effect affects the whole brain nerve response,but the specific influence on the neural structure remains to be further explored.
