On Jin Shangyi's Artistic Conception, Teaching Philosophy And Its Contemporary Significance

Mr.Jin Shangyi has successfully explored the art form of neoclassicism with the integration of Chinese and western cultures based on his insight of the local culture.He pursues the truth,kindness and beauty in terms of art as well as advocates being rigorous,rational and practical in academic teaching.His thoughts of art and success of national culture exploration have leaded the way of development for Chinese oil painting and our inspiration about arts are given by his perspectives of art and teaching philosophy.The thoughts of art from Jin Shangyi have a positive effect on new generations’ view of life and art perspective.For the purpose of understanding his art perspective,teaching philosophy and the current significance,this thesis first listed his personal experiences and teaching career,then analyzed and categorized the formation and development of his art perspective and teaching philosophy through the research of his works,bibliography and views in the interviews.Took his works and views at different stages for example to analyze and illustrate his art perspective and teaching philosophy.The third part of the thesis showed the effect and significance his art perspective and teaching philosophy for highlighting the value of this topic.At last,it demonstrated the inspiration of the writer got from Jin Shangyi.
