This consecutive interpreting practice report is based on the remote practice of "Lecture on Chinese and Western Working Environment" that the writer participated in as an interpreter via the internet.The report is divided into four sections,including interpretation task description,interpretation process description,interpretation case analysis and interpretation practice summary.In the section of case analysis,the writer analyzes the redundant expressions and semantic ambiguity,and finds some solutions through studying,including omission,condensation,inversion,addition and manifestation.It is hoped that this article will be of some help to the study of consecutive interpretation from English to Chinese.
