Research On The Comprehensive Development Of People In The New Era

With the development of society and the change of history,human development has always been the core issue affecting the development of the relationship between the Chinese government and the market.Today,the issue of human development has become a hot topic of philosophical research at home and abroad.Western scholars are closely related to Marx’s human thought when they study Marxism and discuss human problems.It can be said that Marx’s human thought is the focus of scholars’ academic research.In fact,Marx’s research did not discuss "human science" independently in a systematic mode,but the formation of Marx’s ideological system is based on human and practice.From the study of Marx’s many works,we can know that Marx’s theoretical research has been carried out around the relationship between man and nature,man and labor,man and society,and man and man.Marx also pointed out that communism is a social form of human liberation,and its basic principle is the free and all-round development of everyone.The main body of this paper consists of six parts,the first part is the introduction.On the basis of clarifying the research background and significance,this paper further summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars’ comprehensive development theory and human development issues,establishes the research methods,and puts forward the innovation.The second part is the main content of Marx’s theory of man’s all-round development.This part discusses the development of human needs,human practical activities,human social relations and human personality.Only when these four aspects are developed in an all-round way can people’s all-round development be realized.The third part is the main manifestation of the all-round development of people in the new era.On the basis of summarizing the meaning and characteristics of the new era,this part expounds the connotation of human’s all-round development in the new era from three aspects of human’s values,practice subject and self reflection.The fourth part is the main problems existing in the all-round development of people in the new era.This part combs the problem of human’s all-round development from four aspects of economy,culture,education and ecology.The main problems are as follows:People’s one-sided pursuit of production efficiency ignores people’s labor creativity;people’s excessive pursuit of personal interests destroys the harmonious development of social relations;people’s values are not scientific enough,and the pursuit of personality is alienated;people’s excessive emphasis on subjectivity destroys natural development.The fifth part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the all-round development of people in the new era.In view of the problems mentioned in the previous part,this part also analyzes from the four aspects of economy,culture,education and the relationship between man and nature,so as to further find the root of the problems and pave the way for solving the problems.The analysis shows that: the imperfection of the market economic system restricts the all-round development of human beings,the inadequacy of the construction of spiritual civilization restricts the all-round development of human beings,the one-sided development of personality education lags behind the all-round development of human beings,and the disharmony between human beings and nature affects the all-round development of human beings.The sixth part is the specific path to realize the all-round development of human beings in the new era.Under the guidance of the correct theory,this paper scientifically summarizes and analyzes the problems and causes of people’s all-round development in the new era,and then puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems: improving the market economy system to lay a good foundation for people’s all-round development in the new era;improving the country’s cultural strength to provide guidance for people’s all-round development in the new era;deepening the national education reform to provide guidance for people’s all-round development in the new era To improve the relationship between man and nature,to provide support for the all-round development of man in the new era.The realization of the goal of human’s all-round development is not achieved overnight,but in the process of transforming the world.In every link of socialist construction,the thought of man’s all-round development must be carried out all the time,so that man can constantly carry out self-criticism and self-development in the history of creating man,and finally realize the complete liberation of mankind.
