Junior high school students have hidden classroom problem behaviors in English class.How can teachers manage students in the shortest time,students can improve classroom utilization,motivate the sense of participation,and gradually form self-management.The study is based on Constructivism Theory.A questionnaire survey was conducted from 204 junior high school English teachers and 780 junior high school students,and interviewed three teachers and seven students.The data was analyzed by using SPSS 22.0.Know that some English teachers are lack of implicit management awareness in English class,the ability of implicit management in English is limited,and English teachers seldom guide students to be self-management.The reasons are that the concept of implicit management in English class should be updated,the emotional literacy needs to be improved,the way of evaluation is single,lack of class situation.According to the reasons which are analyzed from problems,it is necessary to put forward some measures to optimize the implicit management in English class for junior high school English teachers.First,improve the non-power influence of junior high school English teachers.First,improve teachers' charming personality,improve teachers' emotional quality,and update teachers' concepts of classroom management.Second,strengthen and guide students' self-management: create situations based on Constructivism Theory,implement peer and Self-evaluation.Third,pay more attention to the class managers: make full use of the head teacher and improve the competition mechanism for students who are responsible for letting the class be better.Fourth,strengthen the collaborative education between family and school: improve the construction culture in junior high school and create harmonious atmosphere in family.
