Research On The Construction And Governance Of Rural Public Cultural Spac

Rural public cultural space is an important place for villagers’ cultural life practice and daily communication,and a spatial form for people to participate in the construction of rural public culture and the revitalization of rural culture.Based on the field study of square dance in D village of Hunan Province,this paper explores the construction mechanism,development dilemma,causes of dilemma and countermeasures of rural public cultural space from the perspective of "dance city".The research finds that the construction of rural public cultural space reflects the coupling of spontaneous order and constructed order.Under the dual influence of historical factors and realistic factors,public cultural activities such as square dance take root and become popular rapidly in rural areas.From the perspective of cultural participants,the township government,the village elites and ordinary villagers are the three important forces for the construction of rural public cultural space.In addition,the decline of rural public cultural space exposes the development dilemma of fragmented physical field,weak activity motivation and absence of main body participation,which is caused by the lagging planning and design of site facilities,weak cultural activity value and weak multi-subject governance.In view of the development dilemma of rural public cultural space,countermeasures are put forward from three aspects,namely,reconstructing the comforts of rural public cultural space,highlighting the deep value of rural public cultural activities and advocating active participation of multiple subjects in rural public cultural space.
