Research On The Reconstruction Of Rural Public Culture Space Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

To comprehensively promote rural revitalization in the new era should not only "shape" but also "cast soul".As an important part of the development of rural production and life,rural public cultural space is also the key field and major project to realize the "casting soul" of rural revitalization.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),according to the general requirements of thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and affluent life,national resources have been constantly tilted to the countryside.Under the guidance of the Party building,the rural landscape has undergone significant changes.Under the support of national strategic decision-making and project planning,the rural public cultural space has also been continuously enriched.Inertia,but due to the development of economic and political development,cultural development lags behind the rural development lags behind the urban development,some policies and programs in the country of the problems appeared in the process of land,rural public cultural space "suspended" hollowing out "," rural public cultural space development stagnation,the longer it will be conducive to the development of the country.The proposal of rural revitalization strategy and the victory of poverty alleviation bring a new period of opportunity for the re-development of rural public cultural space.Promoting the reconstruction of rural public cultural space will become an important part of rural work.This study selected several villages in M County of Guizhou Province as the research sites.M County is located in the poor mountainous area of southwest China and has a low level of economic development.However,it has diverse ethnic composition,wide distribution and distinctive characteristics,and has dual characteristics of poverty and nationality,which is of certain significance for studying the spatial reconstruction of rural public culture.Through investigation and research M county visit several villages,the understanding of M county rural public cultural space development present situation,including its spatial development qualifications,results,and through the analysis of the survey data M county rural public cultural space existing in the development dilemma,lies in insufficient space viscosity,idling,structural imbalance,absence management four aspects.In analysis of the formation mechanism of actor network theory is introduced,through the construction process of the early stage of the rural public cultural space for dismantling,structures,actors-translation-network analysis framework,the dilemma of rural public cultural space development of attribution analysis,the study found that: space actors network actors accrual is not clear,participation consciousness,lack of translational mechanism,coupling dynamics is insufficient,unstable network node,performance space ascension leads to trouble.In view of this,combining the theory of actor network theory and endogenous development put forward optimal path for rural public cultural space reconstruction,through the reconstruction of rural public cultural space agent network to realize the rural public cultural space "root",one is to play to the government leading role,stimulate the villagers subjectivity consciousness,promote the village committee good governance ability,cultivating follow villager groups,use market forces to activate the actors,to strengthen strategies;Second,by broadening the supply mechanism,strengthening the incentive mechanism,improving the management mechanism to smooth translation;The third is to strengthen the network by building a multi-cooperation platform and cultivating the public spirit,so as to realize the vitality of the rural public cultural space network,complete the reconstruction of the rural public cultural space,and take the socialist road of rural culture revitalization with Chinese characteristics.
