Research On Auxiliary Training Methods To Improve Pirouette's Abilit

With the continuous development and improvement of the performance level of ballet,dancers’ pursuit of pirouette and other technical skills has also increased,so there are higher requirements for the teaching and training of dance talents.At the same time,with the rise and development of dance science,dance training has also produced more new methods and forms.In fact,since the 18 th century,many ballet masters have applied physiological anatomy knowledge to ballet teaching.Now many are based on ballet teaching methods,dance anatomy Ballet assisted training based on human mechanics and other scientific theories has gradually appeared in people’s vision,which has attracted the attention of many dancers and dance teachers.Pirouette has always been an important part of ballet teaching,but there are still a few dancers or students who can carry out excellent and stable pirouette.They are not completely unified in pirouette teaching methods,and different scholars and teachers have unique opinions.Taking pirouette’s auxiliary training as the starting point,this paper explores its auxiliary role in ballet basic training course and the development of dancer pirouette’s ability,and demonstrates its importance in ballet teaching through practice.
