The Application Of Dance Anatomy And Movement Analysis Theory In Dance Technical Skills

The research of dance anatomy is based on the shape and structure of human body.The research content is how the shape,structure and function of human body interact and contact with dance,and then how to improve the technical skill level of dancers as a whole.Because the essence of dance is not only the movement reflection of the internal life and spirit of the human body,but also the reflection of the interaction between the human body and the world environment,in order to improve the technical skill level of martial artists,we must first study the human body itself.Dance anatomy is a basic theoretical course for College Dance Majors.The movement analysis theory provides dance learners with such a path.If students can explore and master this path,they will master the key to open the body code,more systematically understand the composition of various parts of the human body and their application in the training of dance skills,so as to improve the texture and maturity of dance skills.Starting from dance anatomy,this study explores the research methods,research purposes and research results of movement analysis theory,deeply explores the relationship between this theory and dance movement technical skills,and selects rotation skills and jumping skills among dance technical skills to analyze the movement analysis theory of dance anatomy,its role in the support and structure of dance technical skills,and then tries to analyze the movement analysis theory of dance anatomy,The way of application in the training of dance skills,that is,through theoretical analysis,with a new way of thinking and perspective,to investigate the analysis theory of dance anatomical movements,the scientific application in the training of dance skills,try to find a breakthrough in practice,and design a set of practical training methods and lessons that can be used in the teaching of dance skills,This paper puts forward theoretical thinking and practical reference for guiding dance teaching practice.
