Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Folk Belief Site Management From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Folk belief is a kind of non-institutionalized belief phenomenon,which takes various gods as worship objects,with the main purpose of praying for disaster,and is closely combined with folk activities.It has a long history and culture and a wide mass base in China.Due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations and the unclear powers and responsibilities of management institutions,there is a certain degree of disorder in the management of folk belief places in China,which poses new challenges to social governance.However,the management of folk belief places is related to enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the grassroots,consolidating and expanding the ruling foundation of the Party,and maintaining social harmony and stability,so it is necessary to strengthen management.In this paper,X city is taken as the research object,where folk belief places are relatively concentrated and developing rapidly.Based on the theory of multi-agent collaborative governance,the folk belief places in X city are studied from the perspective of positioning and management.On-the-spot investigation on the management status and preliminary remediation of folk belief places in X city,and find out the difficulties in place management:absence of government functions;the role of social organizations has not been played effectively;the self construction of folk belief places is not in place This paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in the management of folk belief places in X city,and puts forward some countermeasur es and suggestions with reference valueimprove the system construction,strengthen the linkage of departments,and innovate the management mode of government departments;establish industry associations,strengthen grass-roots management,and enhance the ability of social collaborative govemance;improve the quality of personnel,excavate the connotation of the place,and play the leading role of social organizations;standardize the management of the place,strengthen the safety production,and comprehensively strengthen the construction of the place itself;strengthen cultural construction,improve the security system,and enhance the public awareness of supervision.On this basis,it can improve the management level of folk belief places in X city,and provide reference experience for the management of folk belief places in other counties and cities.
