Research On The Renovation And Governance Of Old Communities From The Perspective Of Public Services

Nowadays,the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.People put forward higher requirements for material and cultural life,looking forward to better education,more reliable social security,higher level of medical and health services,more comfortable community environment,and richer spiritual and cultural life.However,the lack of public service facilities in old communities cannot effectively meet the higher-level needs of residents,which affects the improvement of residents' happiness.This research selects No.26 courtyard,Huayuan Road,Zhengzhou City as the research object,adopts the social research method of field research,and uses the analysis strategy of "process-event" to analyze the whole process of the transformation of the old community from the dynamic level.This article first discusses the internal logic between public service,old community reconstruction and governance from the theoretical level,and proposes that the reconstruction of the old community is not only a people's livelihood project,a development project,but also a community governance project.That is,the starting point for the transformation of old communities is to improve the quality of public services and meet the people's needs for a better life,while the end point is to improve the level of community governance and form a governance pattern of joint construction,governance and sharing.Then follow the research framework of practical sociology to explain the whole process of the transformation of the old community,focus on the early stage of the transformation-the middle stage of the transformation-the later stage of the transformation,and conduct an in-depth analysis of it to answer the following two questions:(1)Old How is the reconstruction of the community realized?(2)Analyze the whole process of the reconstruction of the old community in the dual context of public service and governance,so as to obtain the influence of the reconstruction of the old community on the people's livelihood,public services and governance.The author believes that the renovation of old communities can not only improve the quality of public services and improve people's livelihood,but also improve the level of grassroots community governance,encourage residents to participate,revitalize community resources,and then stimulate community vitality and improve the level of grassroots community governance.Based on this,the transformation of the old community,on the one hand,it is necessary to change the "face" and the "lizi",and coordinate the promotion of pipe network construction,house repairs,rain and sewage diversion,smart security and other above-ground and underground projects,so that the old The reconstruction of the community achieves the goal of keeping the“exhibition” and “inside” as one,and repairing both inside and outside;on the other hand,it is necessary to solve the “ problems ” and improve the “ functions ”.Infrastructure construction,improve the construction of recreational,sports,cultural,and entertainment facilities,improve the quality of public services,and improve people's livelihood;on the other hand,the transformation of old communities must be "reformed" and "managed",and will be built,shared,and shared Integrate into the whole process of transformation,encourage residents,communities,and properties to participate in the transformation,stimulate the vitality of the community,and then solve the difficulties and pain points in the grassroots governance,so that the old community can realize a virtuous circle.
