Analysis On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Campus Football In Shaoguan Football Promotion School

Since the campus football was put forward,the development of campus football has always been a hot topic of social concern.After the development of campus football in Guangdong Province in recent years,some achievements and results have been achieved.In 2016,according to the notice of Guangdong Provincial Department of education on the establishment of provincial campus Football Promotion Schools and pilot counties,the concept of campus football promotion schools was put forward,and the application of Football Promotion schools was also launched,initially forming a football development path with Guangdong characteristics.In order to promote the healthy development of campus Football Promotion Schools in Guangdong Province and improve the quality of campus football development,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and interview to carry out a detailed investigation on the regional distribution,student participation,teaching and learning,competition training,security system construction of Shaoguan junior high school campus football promotion schools,and explore the football promotion schools The problems and deficiencies in the development of campus football,and give corresponding suggestions.At the same time,I have the honor to participate in the review and acceptance of provincial campus football promotion school by the office of Guangdong Provincial Department of education.I went to the field with the expert group to investigate and collect the actual situation for the investigation and research.Through the investigation,I got the following conclusions:(1)Shaoguan campus football promotion school has a low proportion in Guangdong Province,only accounting for 3%.The existing football promotion schools have uneven distribution in urban and rural areas,uneven spatial distribution and other phenomena.However,Shaoguan City pays more attention to campus Football Promotion and develops a series of characteristic practices,which well guarantees the development of existing school football promotion.(2)In terms of teaching,10 schools actively implement the classroom teaching link and offer football lessons every week.The content of courses is relatively rich,and a football assessment and evaluation system has been initially established.But it is necessary to improve the quality of football classroom teaching and design and organize teaching content reasonably in the future.(3)In terms of security system,each school has established a campus football organization and leadership system,and school leaders have maintained a positive attitude towards the development of campus football;in terms of teachers,the lack of football teachers is the most prominent problem;in terms of infrastructure,all school equipment and facilities can meet the daily use.(4)In terms of competition,the content of competition is more diversified than before,the content of activities is rich,the participation of students is high,and the campus football culture is initially formed;each school has set up a special fund for campus football,which is mainly funded by the superior.Although the investment is increased year by year,the problem of insufficient economic cost is still prominent.(5)There are many factors that affect the development of school football activities in Shaoguan.There are macro factors such as natural geographical environment,human environment,economic and social environment,as well as the development law of education itself and the subjective conditions of people in the promotion of campus football.Using the method of principal component analysis,five factors are named as: Condition Guarantee factor,motivation factor,organization management factor,environment factor and teaching factor.The interaction of various factors restricts the development of school football in Shaoguan.
