On August 10,2019,with the approval of the State Council,the "Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Sports Country" was officially published in the public eye,which required the full vigorous popularization and improvement of the three sports of football,basketball and volleyball,and actively explore the "three big balls" with Chinese characteristics Development road,build a complete system for the training of reserve talents.The construction of campus basketball in my country is developing vigorously under the guidance of "health first",which stimulates students' interest in participating in basketball.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for the cultivation and discovery of excellent reserve talents in competitive basketball in my country.Basketball teaching for middle school students is an important part of campus basketball that cannot be ignored.From the current teaching content,the vast majority still use competitive basketball techniques and tactics as the main content.From the perspective of teaching methods,the vast majority use adult-oriented teaching Means method.This will cause students to "like sports,do not like physical education classes";"like basketball,do not like basketball classes".In view of this,for middle school students,is it possible to make flexible changes in the content and means of teaching,to maximize the participation of middle school students and stimulate their enthusiasm for participation and guide their lifelong sports awareness,fancy basketball as a very interesting basketball sport,Its teaching content and methods will become the focus of attention.Whether it is possible to introduce fancy basketball into middle school basketball classrooms is a subject worth studying.The thesis is based on sports psychology,sports physiology,educational psychology and other teaching theories.It mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,and selects the overseas Chinese language of Guangzhou Overseas Chinese.60 students in the first grade of the school are the experimental objects,30 in the experimental class and 30 in the control class.After fully considering the existing basketball skills of middle school students,the experimental class reasonably selects the six basic techniques of fancy basketball as the main teaching content,and reasonably controls its difficulty.The content includes fancy dribbling,fancy passing,fancy Shooting,fancy ball transfer,fancy throwing,fancy limb track.The control class uses traditional basketball basic technology as the main teaching content.Through teaching experiments,it is analyzed whether fancy basketball plays a role in the effect of middle school basketball classroom teaching and the interest of middle school students in basketball learning,and then provides a new perspective and new thinking for the reform of basketball teaching.The conclusion of the study is as follows:1.Both fancy basketball teaching and traditional basketball teaching can promote the development of students' physical fitness,but fancy basketball teaching is significantly higher than traditional basketball teaching in terms of improving physical fitness.2.Fancy basketball teaching and traditional basketball teaching have improved the basic basketball technology to varying degrees,but fancy basketball teaching has a more significant effect on improving the basic basketball technology,specifically in the one-handed shooting and basketball games On the ball,the one-handed shoulder shooting technology has not improved,so it can be seen that fancy basketball has a positive help in improving basketball dribbling and ball control skills,but it is not obvious in improving the shooting technology.3.Compared with traditional teaching,fancy basketball teaching content is more novel and interesting,which meets the physical and mental development needs of middle school students.Fancy basketball teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning,activate classroom atmosphere,and improve classroom teaching effect.
