This study is mainly based on ten test indexes reflecting strength,speed and agility,as well as the physical and mental development characteristics of senior high school students,and designs a set of soft ladder training experiment program for a period of 16 weeks on the basis of predecessors.Through the method of experimental verification,this paper explores the influence of soft ladder training on the strength,speed and sensitive quality of football players and the relationship among speed,strength and sensitive quality,so as to find a soft ladder training program which is more suitable for the strength,speed and sensitive quality of senior high school students and provide a theoretical basis for the development of soft ladder training in campus football,provide practical guidance for the training of senior high school male football players,enhance the physical health of students,and better promote the development of campus football.Forty high school football team students were selected as the experimental subjects for a period of 16-week experimental intervention.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20).In the case of the same daily training content of the football team,the experimental group received 20-minute soft ladder training + 20-minute confrontation training,while the control group received 40-minute confrontation training.Ten indexes reflecting strength,speed and agility were selected to test.Spss25.0 was used as statistical analysis software,and the data of each group was expressed by mean ±standard deviation(?X±S),the statistical significance was P <0.05.Independent sample T test was used for inter-group analysis,paired T-test was used for intra-group analysis before and after training,and person correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis of strength,speed and sensitive quality indexes.The following results were obtained after 16 weeks of soft ladder training:(1)there was no significant difference in the muscle strength of the right gastrocnemius muscle in the experimental group(P > 0.05).The other seven test indexes of strength quality were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference.(2)the changes of 30-meter sprint and 10-second leg lifting in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference.There were significant differences in simple reaction time and comprehensive reaction ability between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(3)the changes of the four sensitive quality test indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference.(4)There is a positive correlation between strength quality and speed quality.There was a high positive correlation between strength quality and 30-meter sprint(R = 0.609),P < 0.01,and there was a significant correlation;there was a significant correlation between strength quality and 10 high leg lifting time(R = 0.76),P < 0.05,and there was a significant correlation.(5)There is a positive correlation between strength quality and agility quality.There was a positive correlation between strength quality and the total time of T-test(R = 0.65),P < 0.05,and there was a significant correlation.There was a highly positive correlation between strength quality and the average time of T-test(R = 0.77),P < 0.05,and there was a significant correlation.There was a positive correlation between strength quality and total V-test time(R = 0.476),P < 0.05,and there was a significant correlation.(6)There is a high positive correlation between speed quality and agility quality.There was a positive correlation between 30 m sprint and T-test(R = 0.824),P < 0.05,and there was a significant correlation;there was a highly positive correlation between 10 high leg lifting and T-test(R = 0.756),P < 0.01,and there was a very significant correlation;there was a positive correlation between 30-meter sprint and V-test,(R = 0.466),P <0.05,and there was a significant correlation.There was a highly positive correlation between 10 high leg lifting and V-test,(R = 0.579),P < 0.01,and there was a significant correlation.According to the research results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)16-week soft ladder training can effectively improve the strength quality of high school male football players.(2)16-week soft ladder training can effectively improve the moving speed and movement speed quality of high school male football players.(3)16-week soft ladder training can effectively improve thesensitive quality of high school male football players.(4)Strength quality was positively correlated with 30-meter sprint,10 high leg lifting time,T-test and V-test.The time of 30-meter sprint and 10 high leg lifting time were positively correlated with T-test and V-test.The quality of reaction speed is basically not related to the quality of strength and agility.
