Research objective: At present,in the practice and competition of speed climbing training in Colleges and universities,athletes often have the phenomenon that "the heel can't start" and "the foot can't step on the fulcrum",that is,the footwork movement of the lower limbs can't keep up with the climbing action of the upper limbs,and the accuracy of the lower limbs stepping on the fulcrum is low.Looking at the essence through the phenomenon,the reason for the above phenomenon is that the agility quality needs to be improved,especially the agility of lower limbs.In the daily training practice,there is little training or even no relevant training.By consulting the relevant literature,the rope ladder training method is very effective for athletes to develop sensitive quality,especially for the training of lower limb footwork movement.Based on the characteristics of speed climbing and the problems in the practice of speed climbing training,this paper develops and designs a targeted rope ladder training method,and verifies the training effect and effectiveness of this method through experiments.Research methods: By methods of literature,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes 12 male climbers of Tianjin University of Sport Climbing Team as the experimental subjects(aged 19-21 years old,each subject has received at least one year of rock climbing training,and has participated in the speed events in the national College Students' rock climbing Championships,with no major injury in nearly half a year of training)According to the principle of statistics,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,6 in each group.They were trained for 8 weeks(20-25 minutes each time,after the preparatory activities),3 times a week.The experimental group was given rope ladder training,while the control group was given no rope ladder training.During the experiment,the training time,training amount and training intensity of the two groups were unified.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group.Research results: The results are as follows:(1)The rope ladder training methods have significant effects on the improvement of the performance of opposite supine support,Nebraska sensitivity test,cross quadrant jump,hexagon jump,15 meter international standard speed race route fluency,15 meter double row distance fixed "ladder route" fluency.(2)The rope ladder training method has a significant effect on reducing the number of route errors in 15 m international standard speed race and the number of "ladder route" errors in 15 m double row distance fixed.(3)Although the rope ladder training method has improved the performance of five meter three-way running and Illinois,it has no significant difference with the traditional training method.(4)After the experiment,the overall climbing performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the accuracy of grasping the fulcrum with both hands and stepping on the fulcrum with both feet was significantly improved,the hand and foot could better coordinate the force,the climbing rhythm was stable,and the climbing performance was significantly improved.Research conclusions:(1)The rope ladder training means and training experimental scheme designed in this study have strong pertinence to the physical sensitivity and speed climbing of speed climbing athletes in Colleges and universities,and have significantly improved the athletes' relevant sensitive quality,and there is a good positive transfer in speed climbing skills,which is reflected in the obvious improvement of the performance of standard track and random track,The accuracy and sensitivity of lower limbs have also developed greatly.(2)Both the rope ladder training method and the traditional training method designed in this study can improve the direction changing ability,movement changing ability,coordination and speed climbing performance of speed climbing athletes in Colleges and universities.Besides the ability of changing direction,the effect of rope ladder training is better than that of traditional training.(3)The rope ladder training method designed in this study tends to be consistent with the traditional training method in the ability of changing direction.
