Research On The Relationship Between Statistical Credit And Statistical Credibility In Hainan Province

With the gradual development of economy and society and the gradual strengthening of China's international status,the importance of statistical work has become increasingly prominent.People's use of statistical data in their work and life has gradually increased,and their attention to the effectiveness of statistical work,the release and interpretation of statistical data has continued to increase.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the leaders of the CPC Central Committee have made important instructions and instructions on statistical work for many times,and put forward specific requirements for improving the quality and credibility of statistical data.However,in recent years,the statistical fraud and other events exposed have seriously damaged the credibility of statistics.In view of the doubts of the public,the CPC Central Committee has strengthened the statistical work from different perspectives in order to improve the credibility of statistics.The construction of statistical credit system is one of them.In the planning of the outline of social credit system construction planning(2014-2020),specific planning ideas are put forward for the establishment of statistical credit system,and governments at all levels are required to make substantive breakthroughs and phased achievements in the construction of statistical credit system by the end of 2020.Based on the study of the direct effect between the statistical credit and the statistical credibility in Hainan Province and the indirect effect produced by the intermediary of the statistical data quality,this paper uses the structural equation model to explore and analyze the interaction between the statistical credit,the statistical credibility and the statistical data quality,and puts forward the opinions and suggestions to improve the statistical credibility according to the research results.This paper takes the questionnaire of the relationship between statistical credit and statistical credibility in Hainan Province as the source of basic data.The questionnaire is divided into two different subjects based on different respondents: Respondents questionnaire and statistical practitioners questionnaire.Through the questionnaire to obtain the perception data of the respondents and statistical practitioners participating in the statistical survey project,using structural equation model and factor analysis method to empirical study the mechanism of Hainan statistical credit on statistical credibility,and analyze the path relationship and mutual effect between structural elements.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,practical background,specific research methods and content,and at the same time,summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature.The second part is the design and research methods of the concept model.Firstly,it explains the related concepts,such as credit,statistical credit,credibility and statistical credibility.Then,it sets and selects the source of each potential variable dimension,and puts forward the hypothesis.The third part is the empirical research on the relationship between statistical credit and statistical credibility in Hainan Province,including the design of the main scale and the analysis of data quality.The emphases are exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model fit test and sub hypothesis test.The fourth part is the main hypothesis test and result analysis.It analyzes the influence of each potential variable and the effect of each observation variable.It validates six main hypotheses and obtains the intermediary effect and total strength between potential variables.Then,according to the relationship among the elements of the structural model,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the credibility of statistics,such as deepening the reform of the statistical management system,establishing and improving the statistical credit system of statistical practitioners and respondents,strengthening the propaganda of statistical work and the strength of statistical law enforcement.The fifth part is the research conclusion and prospect.According to the model test results,it is found that the direct effect of statistical credit on statistical credibility is not obvious,statistical data quality as an intermediary variable can make statistical credit have a strong impact on statistical credibility,statistical credit has a direct significant positive impact on statistical data quality,statistical practitioners and respondents in statistical activities behavior can have a positive impact on the establishment of statistical credit.
