Objective: To study and analyze the relevant factors affecting muscle function status, and to compare the characteristics of muscle status among different exercise populations and sedentary occupational populations. Methods: A total of 798 people aged 20-59 were selected. The height, weight, and body fat percentage of the subjects were measured. The Myoton PRO muscle tester was used to determine the lateral trapezius, extensor muscles, and erector The functional status(tension, stiffness, elasticity)of the spinal muscles and gastrocn emius muscles were analyzed by data according to age, gender, exercise status and occupation.Results:(1)There were significant differences in tension and stiffness of the lateral trapezius, erector spinae, and gastrocnemius muscles, and the extensor muscles of both finger extensors at different ages(p<0.05,p<0.01);(2)the trapezius muscle state, the elasticity of the extensor muscles, the erector spinae muscle state, and the lateral elasticity of the gastrocnemius muscle are positively related to age(p<0.05,p<0.01);There is a negative correlation between muscle elasticity and height(p<0.05,p<0.01);the elasticity of the trapezius muscle refers to the elasticity of the extensor, the tension and stiffness of the lateral gastrocnemius muscle are positively related to the weight, the tension, stiffness of the trapezius muscle, and vertical The tension and stiffness of the spinal muscles are negatively correlated with body weight(p<0.05,p<0.01);the elasticity of the trapezius and extensor muscles, and the tension and stiffness of the lateral gastrocnemius mu scles are positively related to BMI;the tension of the trapezius muscles and the vertical spine Tension and stiffness of muscles are negatively correlated with BMI(p<0.05,p<0.01);the elasticity of trapezius muscles refers to the stiffness and elasticity of extensor muscles, and the stiffness of lateral gastrocnemius muscles is positively correlated with body fat percentage;trapezius muscles and vertical muscles There is a negative correlation between spinal muscle tension and stiffness and body fat rate(p<0.05,p<0.01);3)There are significant differences on the same index of the muscles on both sides(p <0.05).The tension and hardness of the trapezius muscle, the elasticity of the lateral gastrocnemius muscle and the extensor digitorum muscle are higher than the left side.(4)Compared with people who do not exercise regularly, the muscle tone index mainly shows that the erector spinae and lateral gastrocnemius muscle of people who exercise regularly are higher than those who do not exercise regularly, and there are significant differences; The left trapezius and erector spinae are higher than those who do not exercise regularly;the elasticity index mainly shows that the trapezius, finger extensors, and erector spinae that are regularly exercised are lower than those who do not exercise regularly.(5)Compared with the professional group of people who are sedentary and less active(doctors)and the professional group of sports and exercise(social sports instructors),the muscle tone index is mainly manifested as the digital extensor muscle and the lateral gastrocnemius muscle of the med ical professional group are higher than the social sports instructors. And there are significant differences;on the stiffness index, the right trapezius of the doctor professional population is lower than that of the non-regular exercise group, and the lateral gastrocnemius muscle is higher than the social sports instructor;on the elasticity index, the trapezius muscle of the professional doctor group The finger extensor muscle is higher than the social sports instructor(p <0.05,p <0.01).Conclusion:(1)The index functions of the lateral extensor and gastrocnemius muscles of sedentary and less active occupations(doctors)are significantly higher than those of occupational groups(social sports instructors)related to sports exercises. The state indicators are significantly lower than the professional population(social sports instructors)related to sports exercises, indicating that different types of physical activity occupations have different effects on muscles in different parts.(2)The functional status of muscles has left and right sides, gender and age differences, and is related to height, weight,BMI and body fat rate. The overall performance is: the right muscle function status index is higher than the left side;the male muscle function status index is higher than the female;with age,the muscle function status continues to decline;with the height and weight increase, the muscle function status Increase;with the increase of BMI and body fat rate, the functional state of trapezius muscle and erector spinae continuously decline, and the functional state of the lateral extensor muscle and gastrocnemius muscle continue to rise.(3)There is a significant difference in muscle function status between people who exercise regularly and people who exercise infrequently. The performance indicators of trapezius, extensors, and erector spinae are higher in people who exercise regularly than those who do not exercise regularly. The functional status index is lower than that of people who do not exercise regularly.
