The school is a treasure trove of Chinese basketball talents.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Selection of National Youth Campus Basketball and Volleyball Featured Schools in 2020",vigorously develop and popularize basketball at the primary and secondary levels,and open basketball featured schools.In order to further respond to the call of national policies,schools should take a series of measures to promote the development of campus basketball.As a highly comprehensive project,basketball is now developing in a faster and more flexible direction,which puts forward higher requirements for the agile quality of basketball players.The thesis will discuss the impact of SAQ training on the sensitive quality of the second-class basketball players in campus basketball,provide beneficial value for the development of the sensitive quality of campus basketball players,and at the same time enrich the teaching content and training methods.The research uses literature method,expert interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method.Forty students in the second basketball class of Xiangxue Middle School in Bozhou City,Anhui Province are used as experimental subjects.They are randomly divided into two groups to strictly control external interference.Twelve weeks of training under conditions.Through the analysis of the concept of agility,basketball agility is divided into the following four factors: ability to change movement,ability to move flexibly,ability to change direction,and special agility in basketball.It has passed the statistical test of sensitivity in master and doctoral papers in the past five years.Indexes,and distributed test index score sheets to relevant experts.Finally,vertical push-ups and six corner kicks were selected to represent the ability to change movement;cross-quadrant jumps and repeated striding to represent flexible mobility;Illinois running and cross-direction running represented The ability to change direction;dribble 4x10 m turn-back run and dribble round the pole test to represent the special agility of basketball.Using SPSS17 to process the experimental data,draw the following research conclusions:(1)Both SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training can effectively improve the changing action ability of student basketball players,and there is no significant difference between the two groups after the experiment,which shows that traditional sensitive quality teaching and training and SAQ teaching and training have the same influence on the changing action ability of school basketball players.(2)Compared with the traditional sensitive quality training,SAQ training can effectively improve the flexible movement ability of student basketball players,and there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the experiment,indicating that SAQ training has a more effective effect on the flexible movement ability of school basketball players.(3)Both SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training can effectively improve the ability of changing direction of student basketball players,but the performance of the experimental group is higher after the experiment and there is a significant difference in statistics,which shows that SAQ training is more effective than traditional sensitive quality training on changing movement ability.(4)Both SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training can effectively improve the special sensitive quality of student basketball players,and there is no significant difference between the two groups after the experiment,which shows that SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training have the same influence on the special sensitive quality of school basketball players.
