Nowadays,information technology has an impact on education and teaching.China's Ministry of education requires high school teachers to pay attention to understand the integration ability of information technology and education,and to develop teachers' ability of the information technology integration.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the ability indicators about the teachers' information technology integration,study the current situation,and propose measures to improve the teachers' ability of information technology integration.First,this paper studies the ability index construction about the high-school physics teachers' information technology integration.Based on the literature review,this paper defines the teachers' ability of the information technology integration,and then according to the TPACK knowledge framework and the requirements of the information technology-related teacher standards for information technology integration ability,proposes the construction of teachers' information technology integration ability indicators.The results are as follows:(1)teachers' information technology integration ability refers to the ability of teachers to integrate information technology,subject content,and teaching methods into an organic whole when teaching subjects.This ability can promote students' understanding of learning content and improve students' personalized learning skills.This ability can build the "student-centered and teachers leading" teaching pattern.(2)The information technology integration ability index of senior high school physics teachers includes 7 first-level indexes and 15 second-level indexes.The seven first-level indexes including the learning ability index,design ability index,analysis ability index,experimental ability index,implementation ability index,management ability index,and academic evaluation ability index.Second,according to the information technology integration ability index,the research is designed to investigate and analyze the information technology integration ability of high school physics teachers.To ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,a network questionnaire survey was conducted among senior high school physics teachers in XX City,Fujian Province.According to the survey,the following results can be found.(1)The information technology integration ability of physics teachers in senior high school is low.There are great differences in the corresponding abilities among the seven first-level indexes of high-school physics teachers in XX City,Fujian Province.The first-level index ability from high to low is listed as follows: the teaching implementation ability,the analysis ability,the experimental ability,the design ability,the evaluation ability,the learning ability,and the teaching management ability.(2)Under the same first-level index,different second-level indicators have different performances.As for the first-level index of ‘the teaching implementation ability',the second-level index ‘the implementation ability of classroom teaching' is higher than ‘the implementation level of extracurricular expansion'.As for the first-level index of the analysis ability,the second-level index 'teaching analysis ability' is higher than ‘analysis ability of students studies'.As for the first-level index of the analysis ability,‘the ability of teachers to design experiments' is higher than that of ‘guiding students to do experiments'.As for the first-level index of design ability,the second-level index ‘teaching content design ability' is the highest,‘guiding students learning strategy and method design ability' is higher,and ‘learning activity design ability' is the worst.As for the first-level index of ‘the evaluation ability of information technology integration',the second-level index ‘the ability to evaluate students' short-term learning' is higher than ‘the ability to evaluate students' long-term studying'.As for the first-level index of the learning ability,the second-level index of ‘teachers self-learning' is slightly higher than that of ‘cooperative learning ability'.As for the first-level index of ‘teaching management ability of information technology integration',the second-level index,‘conventional teaching management ability' is higher than ‘fault management'.At present,the information technology integration ability of senior high school physics teachers in XX city of Fujian Province has a large space for improvement,and corresponding actions should be taken.(3)At present,the information technology integration ability of senior high school physics teachers in XX City,Fujian Province has a large space for development.According to the information technology integration ability indicators and research review,this paper proposes the following four suggestions: first,renew teachers' views on the information technology,let students use the information technology for learning;second,the education authorities should increase the investment to update the information technology equipment,avoiding the old equipment hinder the teaching ability development.Third,teachers' training colleges should put forward the compulsory requirements of study the teachers' information technology integration courses,create the practice opportunity,and enrich the learning resources of the information technology integration;fourth,teachers' training organizations should strengthen the guidance theory and the technology of the information technology integration ability.Besides,training organizations should promote excellent cases of information technology integration.
