In our country middle and primary school sports education reform and the mid-term exam sports reform under the background of jiang xi province,combining the education phenomenon in most cases,it is not difficult to find that takes an exam the education still occupied the main position of school teaching,the disadvantage of exam-oriented education is that the students learn a purposeful,utilitarian,standing on the basis of the predecessors to explore education teaching improvement,analysis of deficiencies,combined with its surrounding The present situation of education,proposed the stratified teaching method in the middle school examination of sports volleyball experimental research.In this paper,120 male students from Nanchang Long gang Middle School were selected as experimental subjects and divided into two classes.Two teaching methods were used for the two classes.The stratified teaching method was used in the teaching experimental class,while the traditional teaching method was used in the control class The whole teaching experiment lasted for 10 weeks,and 24 classes were studied.The analysis was carried out from four aspects of physical quality,ball setting skills,body shape and interest in sports learning The conclusions are as follows:(1)Stratified teaching is more beneficial to the improvement of the overall level of the class.(2)Stratified teaching is beneficial to the all-round development of students.(3)The stratified teaching method has little effect on the change of students' body shape in the short term.(4)Stratified teaching method has no great influence on the improvement of students'strength quality in the short term.(5)The stratified teaching method is more conducive to the improvement of the volleyball skills of middle school students.(6)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the stratified teaching method is more beneficial to improve the learning interest of P.E.class.In addition,in the process of teaching experiment,the use of stratified teaching method to implement physical education has also appeared some problems,for example,the whole experiment time of teaching is short,and the physical education teaching method is relatively simple.Based on the above situation,some suggestions are put forward for the problems:(1)When teachers use stratified teaching method in classroom teaching,they need to extend the whole experiment time to better ensure the effectiveness of the whole teaching experiment.(2)In the physical education teaching experiment,it is found that the integration of different teaching methods is more conducive to the overall development of students,because the advantages of various teaching methods can be centralized and integrated into the students according to the actual teaching situation in the teaching,which can make the comprehensive quality of students get a more comprehensive development.(3)In the process of teaching,teachers should be good at discovering the different characteristics of students,and look at different students from the perspective of enabling students to develop more comprehensively,so as to teach students according to their aptitude.(4)In other sports,stratified teaching method can also be used in teaching,which can prove the feasibility of using stratified teaching method in sports volleyball teaching.(5)At the same time,schools should also encourage PE teachers to use the stratified teaching method to teach PE.On the one hand,it can exercise the PE teachers' teaching ability of lesson preparation and on the other hand,it can promote the all-round development of more students.In addition,the school should organize more teachers to conduct teaching and discussion activities of stratified teaching method,and optimize the implementation of stratified teaching method according to the situation of the school.
