The end of the 20 th century,our country stepped into an aging society,growing elderly population,has been occupying nearly one 5 of the total population in our country,become a group can not be ignored,accompanied by the group's problem is also growing,such as the empty nest elderly and the old man,the poor old man problems alone,etc.,to serve the old strong demand,the current common elderly service work is generally low efficiency shortcomings such as insufficient resources,service,has certain hysteresis and one-sided sex,so can't meet the demand of the elderly's growing service.In the process of research of the problem for the elderly,we pay attention to a special kind of social vulnerable groups,low living alone lonely elders,this part of the old man face greater life pressure,they are in daily life than ordinary old man showed more frequent vulnerability and dependence,relative to the plain material needs,this part of the old man's spiritual demand is more intense,lonely,lonely,and other negative emotions are in their life,they are widespread lack of emotion,lack of social support and so on spiritual solace problem awaiting solution,which is the level of service for old less attention nowadays.Social work is a helping profession,and provide timely and effective service is the responsibility of social work,so this paper itself to participate in the elderly Internet services and community the spirit of the old man lived lonely elders characteristics of attention to the low relief problems,discussed along with the development of the Internet,how to use modern science and technology power of social work services,improve service efficiency and the effect,finally to achieve the solution of the problem,and so on.In this paper,using the interview method to low alone the spirit of the lonely old man faces were investigated,based on four dimensions of the concept of spiritual comfort,will be low alone lonely old man's spiritual consolation as emotional problems,social problems,social respect and self-realization,and low living alone lonely elders as a case for the service object,using the Internet platform,the small pudding robot for mediation,through mobile phone equipment connected with small pudding robot to realize social work to the service object of online services,combined with the traditional offline social work service,To deeply understand the social support network and spiritual life of the service objects and actively intervene in order to facilitate the solution of the service objects.Through the analysis of the online service practice,found the Internet to deal with the problem of low income alone lonely elders spiritual solace in the advantages and limitations,summary of "Internet + social work" in low live alone lonely elders spiritual consolation service practices include: with the Internet as a platform,with the Internet as a tool and solace in the spirit of the Internet as a field of social work service.The significance of this study was,by breakthrough time and space limitations of online services to make up for the defect of single line service,to"Internet + social worker" in low solitary elderly gentleman service practice in the comfort of the spirit,comb summary service process,on the way to make social work in the service innovation,in order to "Internet + social work services in the later practice significance and the feasible path.
