| Population aging is a process of population transition in the process of social and economic development,which has shown an increasing trend in recent years.Its influence paths on regional economic growth are complex and diverse.This paper focuses on the study of human capital,an important factor.This paper with the economic level as a measure,could be divided into different regions all over the country provinces and cities,analysis the regional human capital on the control of population aging on economic growth mechanism,the influence of the then aging factor into the economic growth model,found that the human capital will be affected by regional labor force and capital allocation and impact on economic growth,The influence of human capital on economic growth varies with the degree of aging in different regions.This conclusion is used as a research hypothesis for empirical test.Since regional economic development has significant spatial correlation,this paper introduces spatial weight matrix in empirical test and constructs spatial Dubin model to carry out quantitative analysis based on panel data of provinces and cities from 2000 to 2019.This paper studies the influence of changes in economic factors such as human capital and physical capital on regional economic growth from the perspective of aging.With the help of Aoki model,this paper calculates the human capital misallocation index of each province to investigate the human capital misallocation in each region.Under the limitation of the research results show that the aging,the influence of human capital on regional economic growth has significant spatial heterogeneity,therefore,to protect the population aging of the economic impact,local governments should be combined with local characteristics of human capital,human capital investment in this region,reasonable planning to encourage industrial innovation upgrade,finally realizes the ageing under the background of regional economic coordinated development. |
