The primary and secondary school Study Tour is an off-campus educational activity that is organized by the education department and the school to combine research-based learning and tourism experiences through collective travel and concentrated accommodation.With the launch of a pilot work of Study Tour in primary and secondary schools,provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)have placed Study Tour in a more important position,and more primary and secondary schools have entered the ranks of actively exploring and carrying out Study Tour.However,in the process of promoting the healthy and rapid development of Study Tour,the issue of Study Tour activity curriculum development in primary and secondary schools has become an important factor restricting the advancement of Study Tour for primary and secondary school students.First of all,according to the literature research,the domestic attention about Study Tour has gradually increased in recent years,and the domestic scholars' research on Study Tour activity curriculum development in primary and secondary schools is relatively unsubstantial,lacking of beneficial exploration on the foreign Study Tour,and the existing academic achievements are not enough to guide the development of Study Tour activity curriculum in primary and secondary schools.Secondly,according to the investigate research,the date was collected from a sample of470 teachers and 1416 students,there are some research findings.There are differences in grades and areas of study tour.The development personnel of Study Tour activity curriculum are mainly teachers,Teachers' curriculum knowledge and skills are deficient.The level of the curriculum development is not professional.The potential problems in the curriculum development process of primary and secondary schools are frequent.The three main factors that cause those problems in process of the course development are teachers,system and course guiding standards.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the development of Study Tour activity curriculum and its countermeasures in primary and secondary schools in China.First,it points out the meaning of the development of Study Tour activity curriculum in primary and secondary schools.The development of primary and secondary school Study Tour activity curriculum is special school-based curriculum development,a plan for off-campus educational activities,and an organization for the travel learning experience.The elements of primary and secondary school Study Tour activity curriculum development include curriculum development subjects,resources,content and evaluation.The development of primary and secondary school Study Tour activity curriculum should follow the principles of objectives,openness,practicality,and systematicness.Secondly,it summarizes the useful experience of the development of Study Tour activity curriculum in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.The Natural Education Model,Life Experience Model,Cultural Investigation Model and Exchange Learning Model Study Tour activities were developed.And they have developed a wealth of curriculum resources,flexible activity practices,the use of diverse social resources,and a systematic curriculum plan.Thirdly,based on the previous research results and related theories and practices,the countermeasures for the development of primary and secondary school Study Tour activity curriculum are put forward in an all-round way.From the overall point of view,the top-level design of the development of Study Tour activity curriculum should be strengthened,which is to enrich the educational space and expand diversified activities of Study Tour,optimize the participation of educators and highlight practical teaching of Study Tour activities,enrich the education process and implement educational management of Study Tour activities.From a partial point of view,we should seek the breakthrough strategy of the practical dilemma of the development of Study Tour activity curriculum,which is to comprehensively improve teachers' theory literacy and practical ability in curriculum development,establish a sound long-term mechanism for curriculum development,and develop scientific normative standards for curriculum development.In the end,the development theory of primary and secondary school Study Tour activity curriculum with objective and practical orientation,generalization and richness is formed.
