Study On The Safty Supervisioin And Management Of Chemical Industry Parks

These years,China’s chemical industry has entered the track of high-speed development,and various chemical parks have been set up,contributing their own strength to the high-quality development of China’s petrochemical industry.However,while the chemical industry park has made brilliant achievements,there have also been many major production safety accidents.Since 2015,a series of explosion accidents have occurred in succession,making the public afraid of those chemical parks.How to realize the safety management of the chemical industry park has become a hot topic of the industry and even the Chinese people.In this paper,literature method and field investigation are used to collect data,and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used to select two typical accidents(July 30,2013,April 6,2015)occurred in Gulei Chemical Industrial Park in recent years.Through comparative analysis of accident causes,accident effects and measures taken,relevant warnings and enlightenment are obtained.Put forward further improvement countermeasures and suggestions for the safety development of China’s chemical industry park,mainly including strict project introduction and access,strengthening the safety management of chemical process,promoting the standardized construction of safety production,strengthening the law enforcement,closed management of chemical industry park,revising and improving relevant laws and regulations,and other aspects,and put forward suggestions and measures to solve the safety management problems existing in the chemical industry park.
