As the material carrier of national culture,traditional handicrafts are created by a nation in the process of long-term production and life,and are the crystallization of the wisdom of a nation.Gansu Province has always been a multi-ethnic settlement,in the long-term exchanges,each ethnic group learns from and integrates with each other to create a rich and colorful traditional handicraft art.These traditional handicrafts are closely related to the daily production and life of Gansu people.They are not only an important economic source for them,but also an important carrier to promote the regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment of Gansu province.Therefore,it is very important for the protection and development of traditional handicrafts.The Tibetan silver ornaments of Zhouqu is outstanding representatives of traditional handicrafts in Gansu Province,and it has great significance to study the present situation of its inheritance and development.From the perspective of ethnology and cultural industry,this paper takes the Tibetan silver ornaments of Zhouqu as the research object,through field investigation and interview,investigates its production,inheritance and protection,and analyzes its development status;In the second chapter,it introduces the general situation of Zhouqu County,and discusses the origin of Tibetan in Zhouqu County and the formation and development of silver ornaments;The third chapter demonstrates the production and cultural characteristics of Tibetan silver ornaments in Zhouqu,and analyzes its classification and processing techniques,artistic characteristics and influencing factors;The fourth chapter investigates the development status of silver ornaments,and analyzes the existing problems and gives three suggestions for its protection and development;Finally,the protection and development of traditional handicrafts are reflected and prospected;In the end,the article reflects and looks forward to the protection and development of traditional crafts.
