Total factor productivity is the source of economic growth and one of the criteria to judge the quality of economic growth. The 19 th national congress put forward the five concepts of green, innovation, coordination, openness and sharing, and stressed once again that green is the mainstream color of China’s "One Belt And One Road" construction. We should pursue total factor production, realize green acceleration, promote high-quality economic development, and improve green total factor productivity. The provinces along the belt and road in China are at the forefront of the country’s opening to the outside world. In this paper, the malmquist-luenberger index method was used to calculate the green total factor productivity of 17 provinces and regions along the "One Belt And One Road" from2010 to 2017,and the distribution characteristics of green total factor productivity were analyzed from two dimensions, namely time and space. At the same time, exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)was used to find the spatial correlation and heterogeneity of green TFP.A spatio-temporal and geo-weighted regression model(GTWR)integrating temporal and spatial factors was constructed, and six variables were selected to study the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of the influencing factors of green TFP,so as to explore ways to improve green TFP and promote the development and improvement of green TFP.In this paper, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)all the way "area" in China during2010-2017 provinces along the green TFP fluctuation rising trend on the whole, technological progress is the main source of green total factor productivity development does not consider the expected output of total factor productivity is generally higher than that of green total factor productivity, and showing a strong in the spatial distribution of the spatial agglomeration and heterogeneity.(2)considering space and time, the fitting effect of spatio-temporal geoweighted model is better than that of general linear regression model and geoweighted regression model. Therefore,it is scientific and reasonable to study the distribution law of green total factor productivity from the perspective of space and time.(3)economic development level, environmental regulation, scientific and technological innovation and the degree of opening to the outside world generally have a positive effect on the green total factor productivity of all provinces and regions along the "One Belt And One Road" in China. The industrial structure(the proportion of secondary industry)and the degree of government intervention have negative effects on the green total factor productivity of the provinces along the "One Belt And One Road" in China, and the effects on the green total factor productivity of the provinces along the "One Belt And One Road" in China show the difference in spatial distribution. |
