| More than 40 years ago,when Chinese enterprises entered the field of international contracting projects,everything needed to be learned in exploration,and experienced four stages of start-up,accumulation,development,and transformation.At present,under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative and Go Global Strategy,they are moving towards highquality development.Contracting international projects is also the only way for the development and growth of domestic contractors.In recent years,more and more Chinese enterprises have actively participated in the Saudi contract engineering market,and have made breakthrough progress of the past five years.Under the background of the post-epidemic era,it is more necessary to explore how to make full use of human resources localization management to complete project implementation,and how to sustainable development of overseas business.The first part of this paper introduces the research background,problems,content and research methods,expounds the definition of human resources localization management,introduces the characteristics of Islamic culture,the current research status of human resources localization,carries on the literature review,and explains the specific theoretical tools used in this paper.The second part analyze the current situation of human resource localization management of the Aramco EPC project in Saudi Arabia.Through field interviews,it mainly analyzes the external environment,human resource management status and localization of Aramco EPC project,and finds out the problems that hinder the cultural integration and sustainable development of localization management.In the third part,in view of the cultural conflicts and sustainable development problems in the localization management,combined with the characteristics of Islamic culture,the cultural conflicts encountered in the localization management of human resources in the project are solved through cross-cultural communication.Combined with practical experience,the problems of personnel recruitment,salary structure,performance appraisal and skill training are mainly solved.The sustainable development of human resources is promoted through the localization management of human resources.Combined with the actual situation,the safeguard measures are put forward.Enterprise management should carry out effective localized management of overseas human resources according to the specific situation of the project location,strive to form cultural integration,realize the sustainable development of human resources,and further realize the sustainable development of international business of enterprises,so as improving the efficiency of project implementation,improve the level of project management,reduce the cost of project implementation and enhance market competitiveness. |
