A Study On The Changes Of Dulong Food And Food Culture

Food and food culture is an important part of the traditional culture of the Dulong people,and it is of great significance to study the changes of the food culture for the understanding of the dulong culture.Since the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China,great social changes took place in the Dulong River area,and the life of the Dulong people has changed a lot.At the same time,the food and food culture of the Dulong people has also undergone great changes.The change of food and food culture is not only the result of its own cultural adjustment,but also an epitome of the development and evolution of the local society.Taking Di Village of Dulongjiang Township as a case,this study examines the changes of its food and food culture in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from two dimensions:the food and food culture in daily life and the food and food culture at special festivals.The main contents of the study include :(1)the diachronic vicissitude background is investigated by longitudinal sorting out the "event" course of the vicissitude of the dulong food and food culture in Di village.(2)Horizontally investigate the food and food culture of the Dulong people in Di Village in their daily life and special festivals,and pay attention to the differences of the food and food culture in different periods,so as to sort out the changes.(3)The characteristics and reasons of the food and food culture change of Dulong people in Di Village are analyzed and summarized by combing the previous articles.From the perspective of holism,this study focuses on the change of food and food culture in the field of food anthropology,and fills in the gap in the study of Dulong food and food culture in the field of ethnology and anthropology.Under the joint action of external and internal causes,the change of Dulong food and food culture not only reflects its own ethnic characteristics,but also reflects the commonality with other ethnic minorities.Limited to the author’s scientific research ability,the profound influence of the food and food culture of Dulong is not further investigated.It is hoped that this study can play a useful role and attract more scholars to promote and improve the research of Dulong food and food culture.
