Optimization Research On Safety Management Of K Power Supply Bureau

Safety is the foundation of power enterprises and the fundamental foundation for the development of power enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in the safety management of power enterprises for the development of enterprises.At present,the current situation of safety management in power enterprises is not ideal.Personal casualties caused by safety accidents occur from time to time,and the situation of production safety management is not optimistic.Under this background,this paper carries out optimization research on the safety management of production operations in power enterprises,which is not only important but also necessary to improve the effect and efficiency of enterprise safety management.As the production unit of power enterprises,power supply bureau focuses on the safety management of its production operations.Taking k Power Supply Bureau as the research object,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of security management of k Power Supply Bureau from three aspects: personal safety,equipment safety and power grid safety,and obtains the causes of security management problems of k Power Supply Bureau from five aspects of "human,machine,material,environment and law",and puts forward the objectives of security management optimization of k Power Supply Bureau on this basis.Based on the reasons for the safety management problems of k Power Supply Bureau and the goal of safety management optimization of k Power Supply Bureau,this paper puts forward the optimization idea of "one core,three systems and five standardization".With "lean management + safety production" as the core,it builds a lean safety system,a lean safety operation and supervision system,and a lean safety continuous improvement system,so as to realize the standardized management,standardized operation Standardized training,standardized supervision and standardized reward accountability will ultimately improve the effect and efficiency of safety management and achieve zero accidents in safety production.Finally,through the deduction of actual cases,the effect of the optimization strategy in the safety control of production operations is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the optimization strategy is explained.
