Diamond roller is mainly used in high-precision grinding.The diamond roller industry started late in China,and the current production and management mode is still in the traditional mode.The processing technology and production organization are highly dependent on the experience and technical ability of personnel,which directly leads to the lack of consistency and stability of diamond roller products.The industry is in urgent need of tools or platforms that can realize intelligent production and management of diamond roller to improve the quality and performance of roller products.In view of this demand,combined with the production status of diamond roller,this thesis starts from the information collection,analysis,application and optimization of design,process and processing process,and aims to serve the intelligent manufacturing of diamond roller.In this thesis,the research of diamond roller CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system with PDM as data management means.The main work includes:(1)Due to the influence of many factors,the diamond roller made by sintering method has great difference in the workpiece of each diamond roller.In order to carry out subsequent process analysis and design,a non-contact measurement scheme can be adopted based on the actual size data of diamond roller workpiece and the 3D model of each diamond roller workpiece can be established.(2)Due to the manufacturing process,there is no reference of center and end face of diamond roller after the completion of bonding matrix.Therefore,center and end face alignment are needed,and the current method is inefficient.Based on the collected data,a center assisted alignment method is proposed in this thesis to reduce the alignment time and improve the machining efficiency.(3)Information transformation problems are added by the use of encoding and grouping techniques or standard file formats to represent,capture,and transfer features.Through The API interface of CAD software,the CAPP subsystem of diamond roller can recognize features and extract information directly from CAD,which improves the integration degree of the system.The process information database of diamond roller was established,and the feature processing scheme was determined by production rules according to the identified features and information.(4)The genetic algorithm has some problems such as slow convergence,early maturity and poor local search ability.It is combined with intelligent algorithm Jaya to form GA-Jaya hybrid algorithm for process sequencing.Under the constraints of process priority relationship,a reasonable processing route can be obtained.Look-up table method and calculation method were used to determine the processing allowance,and the process model of diamond roller was generated by the way of forward generation,and the diamond roller of NILES type was taken as an example to verify.(5)Using VS2019 as the development tool,combined with SQL Server database and C# programming language,the prototype system of diamond roller CAD/CAPP/CAM/PDM integration system was developed on Solid Works software and Aras Innovator software platform.The diamond roller of NILES type is taken as an example to illustrate and verify each part. |
