| The hazardous chemicals warehouse in colleges and universities is an important part of the infrastructure of colleges and universities,and the hazardous chemicals are the necessary technical materials for teaching and research in colleges and universities.At present,there are various ways of storing dangerous chemicals on campus,a few universities have built special storage warehouses,and most universities use explosion-proof cabinets as storage places for dangerous chemicals.Safety measures and safe operation and maintenance methods are important foundations for the sustainable development of universities.Most of the time,dangerous chemicals in colleges and universities are stored in static state,so storage management is the most important part of the management process.Safety risk evaluation and process management of storage flow are the basis of ensuring safety,otherwise,once an accident occurs,it will harm the personal and property safety of teachers and students,and will also impact the safety operation of universities.In this paper,with the theme of risk management of hazardous chemical storage in colleges and universities,we mainly used literature research method,field survey method and expert interview method to identify the risk factors of hazardous chemical storage in colleges and universities,and established a risk evaluation index system with 21 indicators in five aspects: personnel factor,facility and equipment factor,chemical(material)factor,safety management factor and environmental factor.Then the weight calculation was carried out by using the improved FAHP,the risk factors were ranked,and a risk evaluation model of hazardous chemical storage in universities based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis was constructed.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk of Z University as an example,and the evaluation result that the risk level of hazardous chemical storage in this university is low,but there are still some areas for improvement.Drawing on the theory of triple-circle accident causation and PDCA cycle method,risk control measures are proposed for the evaluation results,including: cultivating safety awareness of warehouse managers,strengthening supervision and management,strictly regulating chemical storage,introducing more advanced equipment and strengthening warehouse environment management.Through these measures,it can help to improve the efficiency of risk management of hazardous chemical storage. |
