| With the accelerating pace of the economic and social development,the demands for clean,convenient and safe energy resources in basic construction have become more and more necessary,especially for hazardous chemical resources.As construction project of hazardous chemical smart parks are carried out in full swing,the demands for informatization construction and intelligent control are also growing day by day in hazardous chemical smart parks.Therefore,how to carry out the research about risk management on informatization construction in hazardous chemical smart parks is of great value for the overall construction project of smart parks,as well as for the stable supply of hazardous chemical energy resources.This thesis has firstly sorted out the related theoretical foundations of risk management,especially in the informatization construction of hazardous chemical smart parks,and illustrated the definition of risk and risk management about informatization construction project in hazardous chemical smart parks,and clarified the risk management system of informatization construction project in hazardous chemical smart parks.The whole process of risk management is analyzed and studied in detail through different methods.Secondly,taking the risk management of informatization construction project in X hazardous chemicals smart park as a specific example,this thesis introduced the basic situation of the park,and finally identified 17 key risk factors through questionnaire and flow chart method.Then,on the basis of risk identification,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)has been used to evaluate the risk of informatization construction of the science park.Progress risk,business risk,technical risk and implementation risk,as well as their second-level risk indexes had been considered.Finally,according to the evaluation results,countermeasures were put forward for targeted important risks,and specific countermeasures and monitoring measures were put forward accordingly.The innovations of this thesis: Using the qualitative method of flow chart method,this thesis has identified and analyzed the risk factors of the informatization construction project in X hazardous chemicals smart park.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)has been used to evaluate the risk of information project in the park. |
