Founded in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Great Wall Group was one of the earliest ceramics companies in China.After more than half a century of development,it has become an upstream enterprise in the industry.With the rapid development of the real estate industry,China’s ceramics market has its own unique operating mode.However,traditional operating models and management thinking have no way to adapt to the consumer claims and consumption habits of the current Internet era,which requires the decision-makers of enterprises to keep pace with the times to innovate and change.This paper relies on the theoretical knowledge related to strategic management to study the development strategy of Great Wall Group.First of all,analyze the internal and external environment of the Great Wall Group.The author believes that although the Internet has changed the original business form,its commercial nature has not changed.Based on the rapid development of the mobile Internet,the O2O model ultimately relies on the Internet technology platform to form a more rapid response business model closed loop.In the Internet era,brick-and-mortar stores will continue to be a consumer experience scene that cannot be abandoned.It will also become the tentacles of enterprises to gain insight into the needs of the market or the intermediate stations that meet market demands,rather than being a single sales venue.Great Wall Group should make full use of the advantages of physical stores and supply chains to create an O2O model that can be purchased anytime,anywhere,and at will.Based on the central idea of this strategic guidance,through the SWOT analysis method,the Great Wall Group will establish a further strategic development direction and formulate strategic planning,deployment,and strategic implementation plans.
