Research On The Development Strategy Of JHS Company

Enterprise development strategy is an important target node for enterprise development research and implementation.In the context of significant changes in the current resource environment for economic development and accelerating the transformation of the development mode,enterprises need to maintain high-quality sustainable development.Under the current conditions,how chemical enterprises face what historical opportunities and challenges,what guiding ideology and principles should they follow,what development models and paths should they choose,and what development strategies should they formulate under the control of national macro policies and under the dual cycle situation at home and abroad has become an unavoidable and crucial issue before us.Based on the research idea of "putting forward problems-portraying the current situation-analyzing problems-forming suggestions",this paper adopts literature research,statistical description,case analysis,etc.to study the development strategy of JHS.To be specific,this paper first introduces the development status and prospects of ACR auxiliary industry in the field of acrylate polymer based on the current domestic and international environment.On this basis,the author puts forward his own research and innovation points.At the same time,combining the relevant theories of enterprise development strategy,and using relevant analysis tools such as PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model,SWOT analysis method to analyze.Thus,the enterprise development strategy suitable for JHS Company is obtained,and the objectives and plans for the implementation of the strategy are formulated.At the same time,the implementation and safeguard measures are proposed.Through this study,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)A comprehensive analysis of the macro environment,industry environment,competitive environment and external factors EFE matrix that JHS Company faces in its development shows that opportunities and challenges coexist in the external environment of JHS Company,but the overall external environmental opportunities are more than adverse threats,which is conducive to the further development of JHS Company;(2)Through the systematic analysis of JHS’s internal resources and conditions,core competitiveness and internal factor IFE matrix in its development,it is found that JHS has greater advantages in terms of technical strength,market brand effect and upstream and downstream stability,while it has certain disadvantages in terms of capital structure and debt ratio.However,in general,the advantages are greater than the disadvantages,which can also provide endogenous impetus for JHS’s development;(3)Combined with internal and external factors in the development of JHS Company,using SWOT and QSPM analysis tools,it is found that JHS Company should choose SO growth strategy as a whole,which can be specifically supported by the ST diversified development strategy;(4)Based on the research on the implementation of JHS’s development strategy,the company should enter the engineering plastics additive market in the short term,enter the engineering plastics main material market in the medium term,and deploy the PLA market in the long term to achieve the diversified development strategic goal.At the same time,JHS needs to implement strategic guarantees in terms of financial support,human resources,employee training,information construction,cultural guidance,etc.in the future.
