| After the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth National Congress,the mixed-ownership reform of the state-owned enterprise became a hot spot for China’s economic reform,and it is also one of the important ways for the reform of China’s state-owned enterprises.With the completion of the mixed-ownership reform of China Unicom and other central enterprises,the provinces and municipalities are also carrying out the mixed-ownership reform of provincial enterprises.The curtain of mixed-ownership reform has been opened up in this land of China and has become a beautiful landscape of Chinese economy.The mixed-ownership reform of the state-owned enterprise has also become a hot area for domestic scholars to study.The key to the success of the mixed-ownership reform of the state-owned enterprise lies in the recruitment and selection of mixed-ownership reform investors.Because the mixed-ownership reform of the state-owned enterprise is a state-owned enterprise reform approach that has been implemented at the national level in recent years,there are few cases of mixed-ownership reform investors and the recruitment and selection of state-owned enterprises,and domestic scholars have even less research on the recruitment and selection of mixed-ownership reform investors.The research on recruiting and selecting investors in a state-owned enterprise is rare.Most domestic scholars focused on the purpose of the introduction of mixed-ownership reform investors and how to optimize the corporate governance after the introduction of mixed-ownership reform investors.The content of those research is not very comprehensive.The author believes that how to recruit and select mixed-ownership reform investors in a state-owned enterprise is a creative topic.This paper studies the process of the recruitment and selection of mixed-ownership reform investors of BG Group.First,the paper introduces the background of the research and the significance of topic selected and analyzed the current situation of China’s state-owned enterprise reform,the status quo and demands of mixed-ownership reform of BG Group,and the purpose and significance of the research.Then,it summarizes the research literature on the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises and the recruitment and selection of mixed-ownership reform investors by domestic and foreign scholars,and then introduces the ideas,contents,methods and research contributions of the paper research,and related concepts related to the research and the theoretical basis is briefly introduced and explained.The third to fifth parts are the core part of this paper.First,it analyzes in detail the basic situation of the BG Group and conducts the demand analysis of the mixed-ownership reform investors of the BG Group based on SWOT analysis in four perspectives.And then confirms the guiding principles for recruitment and selection of investors,determines the recruitment mode and selection criteria of mixed-ownership reform investors,analyzes the selection factors,builds an evaluation index system for BG group,and finally designs mixed-ownership reform investor selection evaluation method and recruitment and selection process for the BG group.The fifth part specifies corresponding supporting measures for the recruitment and selection process of BG Group’s mixed-ownership reform investors.The sixth part mainly introduces the conclusions of this paper and prospects for future research.The research of this thesis provides a method and reference for the government departments engaged in the management of state-owned enterprises and the relevant personnel of the capital operation departments of state-owned enterprises. |
