| Due to the rise of cross-border e-commerce,e-commerce enterprises and traditional trading enterprises have begun to operate cross-border import business,and the market competition leads to the high requirements of the supply and demand matching of the supply chain.A enterprise is a distribution company of pet products,the main business is to represent well-known foreign brands of cat litter,deodorant,oral care agent and other products for domestic distribution,these products are characterized by four seasons general,there are no seasonal characteristics.Pet products belong to the FMCG category,and have the basic characteristics of the uncertain demand of FMCG.Imported pet supplies are affected by economic policies and the international environment,showing the current situation of uncertain supply.Therefore,this paper will focus on the matching of the supply chain management demand and supply of imported pet products,and extract universal solutions to discuss the opportunities of supply chain improvement in the imported FMCG industry.This paper analyzes the characteristics of imported FMCG products through the use of product life cycle theory,the sales prediction of all stages of the product life cycle,the choice and cooperation between A enterprises and logistics enterprises,and the rapid response theory guides logistics enterprises to improve their performance ability.The study found:On the one hand,the main problems existing in the supply chain demand prediction of A enterprises are the lack of historical data in the import period,the fuzzy data sources in the growth period,the lack of data analysis accuracy in the maturity period,and the difficulty of order quantity and order point measurement in the recession period.On the other hand,the main problems existing in A enterprises and logistics partners are the lack of business orientation of logistics partners,poor information communication and low response ability of logistics enterprises.A enterprise FMCG supply chain matching improvement path,on the one hand,is to use static forecast model,and apply the two-stage order model accounting the order point and order quantity in recession.On the other hand,the improvement method of supply chain logistics partnership mainly includes general trade and cross-border bonded import,the application of hierarchical analysis in logistics enterprises,the improvement of information communication between supply chain partners,the improvement of responsiveness of logistics enterprises and the application of Nash balance in business negotiation.Accordingly,this paper establishes an analysis framework with the product life cycle as the vertical time line and the demand and supply of the supply chain as the horizontal research modules.It provides theoretical support for the research of supply chain management of imported FMCG,and has certain practical significance to implement supply chain management for enterprises that will or have carried out imported FMCG distribution business. |
